De-watering the water from the ancient water tank by hiring 21 HP motor pump (10 hours per day) to reduce the water level for working including fuel, other accessories, all charges, etc complete as directed by site incharge

Dismantling Carefully the out of plumb, damaged, sunken existing stone masonry, without disturbing the structure/arches including cost of detailed documentation numbering the stones, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, stacking the useful stones, etc complete as directed by site incharge

Restoration of the damaged/ dismantled Masonry portions by using laterite stones of size: 0.75 x 0.45 x 0.25m in Lime Mortar (1:1:1) by using 60% new stones including neat dressing, resetting, as per the original and available evidence, Including cost of carrying materials, curing, etc complete as directed by site incharge

Pointing the joints of the laterite stone masonry in Lime mortar (1:1:1) including preparing lime mortar, mixing, carrying materials, curing, etc. complete as directed by site incharge
