Excavation in foundation, trenches in earth work in all kinds of soil,such as pick work,jumper work.blasting work in hard rock and soft rock and in saturated soil etc. i/c all leads and lifts , stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear form the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete (M-10)1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand: 6 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carraige of material within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-30 not less than 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 Sand :3 graded stone aggregate ) as per IS 3370 Part-1, 2009 and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation footing, bases of columns and like mass concrete etc. complete including carraige of material within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall (any thickness,but not less than 0.10 mtr.thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto all heights complete including carraige of material within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pillasres buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect in all leads and lifts & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of PVC pipe 75mm dia 20cm long for weep holes in vertical wall including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
