ITEM No. 1 Comprehensive annual maintenance contrcat (Routine, preventive and Breakdown) of different make Window/Split type airconditioners and water coolers etc as per scope of work attached. (3 to 15 years old) Note:- (1) Please note that rate in column 13 are to be quoted for one month for one unit only. (2) The rates in column 54 will be auto calculated i.e. no. of units in col. 4x12 months x rate quoted for one unit for one month in column 13.
