Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of serviceable materials to be used auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.i) By Manual means (a) In area of light jungle.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surcae to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of sarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead 1000 m as per Tech. Cl. 301.4

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridge retaning walls and other structure comprising of masonry cement concrete wood work, steel work inclding T&P and scaffolding whereever ncecessary sorting the dismantled materils disposal of unservicable materilas and stacking the serviceable materils with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per technical specification clause 202. Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (GSB as shoulder)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in unirorm thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. (a) By Manual Means. WBM Grading-III (53mm to 22.5 mm)

Providing ana applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base Including clearlng of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.1.2 - 1.5 kg/eqm using mechanical means ae per Technical specification clause 502..

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous surfaced cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary madatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS sheet duly stove white colour in front of gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape enginrring grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundation with M-15 garde cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level asm per approved drawing clause 1701.22 (ii) 600 mm equilateral triangle
