Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specific provided for including extg felt

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors/slabs by picking, seaping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair avg thickness 40 mm. Concrete for getting proper slope/covering as specified. PCC shall be done by Mixer machine only.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick avg in cement mortar 1:4 over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufactures instructions, finished even and fair

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/sqm and bonded completely with torck application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L extra for drip mould 40mm x 10mm and similar work not exc 15 cm width for RCC chajjas ,facia etc

M&L fair finished flat form work to RCC chajjas, fins facia,parapets and similar items including edges for fair finished surface of concrete.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 , with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved in plan exceeding 6 m mean radius.

M&L brick with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM (1:4)

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, kerbs, and the like including all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm and above , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking , bending , spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement.

M&L Providing reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab, shelves , duct cover and similar work incl necessary formwork , set in cement mortor 1:6.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 sqm each. Including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs,walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to govt). complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from frame) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each. S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood shutters plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P.commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS"1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically presure treated.
