B.T. ROAD Clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vagetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including watering and cost of labour, cess & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only

Excavation for roadway in hard soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in ordinary rock using Hydraulic Excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers,transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1000m,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross-section as per Techinal Specification clause 302.3.5.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by Mechanical Means with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting, including loosening, cutting and excavating the disintegrated rock by pick axes and crow bars, removing the excavated materials to the required width, depth and level, dressing of sides and levelling of the bed, initial lead and lift, and stacking the useful excavated materials clear of the work site within the specified lead, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406 with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials and as directed by Engineer-in-chief.

Fine dressing &Turfing with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

C.D.WORK Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-chargel.

Two nos MS Plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and bottom plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plates with be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, 750mm below ground level.
