Cleaning of surrounding area of E&M & WS installation around the bldg, transformer, GOD LT panel by grass cutting manually or mechanically (Bush cutter) as per requirement basis and trimming as directed by Engr-in-Charge, including taking out all shrubs, saplings with bushes and any type of vegetation and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of walls and applying one coat exterior emulsion weather coat paint of Apex (Asian Paint) / Weather coat (Berger) / Excel Top Guard (Nerolac) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old treated surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of grass from roof of the bldgs and OHT including cleaning away all grass, vegetation sapling shubs bush weed, undergrouth, roots of small tree and removing rubbish etc. to a distance exc 1.00 Km but n. exc 1.50 KM from the starting point and applying 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangments for working upto 25 m height and working on any type of roof like with necessary safety measures and labour wastage due to working in restricted areas. (ii) WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Fly ash brick designation 100 Kg / Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, using bricks of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm confirming to IS 12894, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of debries to a distance exe 2.5 Km but n. exe 5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer all as specified on walls surface including 2 mm thick cement base wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on brick work or cement concrete surfaces of walls including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mixing only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L applying two coats exterior emulsion weather coat paint of Apex (Asian Paint) / Weather coat (Berger) / Excel Top Guard (Nerolac) over newly plastered surface including preparation of wall surface over and including 1 mm thick cement base wall care putty & primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair & even without extra cement, cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally covering with Microconcrete and finally finishing the surface including necessary scaffolding and form work all as specified and directed. Make :- Dr. Fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosrok as aprooved. Note:- (i) Working up to 25 meters height from GL and all safety measures of worker shall be carried out. (ii) New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately.

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 40 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos Note - Plateform of panel fixed with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crused stone ,15 cm thick in foundation,brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old size bricks ,rendring 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6,type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on Top and grouting bolts etc for panel.The plate form shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacture.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole 9/11 mtrs long and applying one coat aluminium paint from bottom to top including re writing pole numbering in 8 cm height with one coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer –in-Charge.
