SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACMENT OF LT OVERHEAD LINE TO LT UNDERGROUND CABLE AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN 372 ASC COY UNDER GE SAUGOR

Dismantling of ACSR conductors including jumper from LT pol,e any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earth wire including craddles, any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms made of MS sections, any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of poles any type, size and description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6 above but size of 70 sqmm, 3.5 core

All as per item No. 6 above but size of 35 sqmm, 3.5 core

All as per item No. 6 above but size of 25 sqmm, 4 core

All as per item No. 6 above but size of 10 sqmm, 2 core

Taking down LT UG cable, old bricks, cable covers, GI pipe of any size and description from any position for reuse carefully without damaging and re-laying/re-routing of same in trenches/ wall/ pole/ through pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Bricks, cable cover and GI pipe retrieved from above item shall be re-used in relaying/re-routing of LT cable. (ii) Earth work shall be allowed manually and cost of the same deemed to be include in quoted unit rates. (iii) Only sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5m but n.exc. 3.0m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning with local dry and clean sand over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm thick before laying the cable 150 mm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of 180mm shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT distirbution panel, CPRI approved, factory fabricated, outdoor type with canopy, both side openable including locking arrangement with sliding door bolt , cubical type, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, IP 54, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade fully compartmentalised design with 4Nos suitable insulated aluminium bus bar, prewired with appropriate size of copper wiring for control wiring and indication lamp and comprising of the following:-

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT distirbution panel, CPRI approved, factory fabricated, outdoor type with canopy, both side openable including locking arrangement with sliding door bolt , cubical type, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, IP 54, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade fully compartmentalised design with 4Nos suitable insulated aluminium bus bar, prewired with appropriate size of copper wiring for control wiring and indication lamp and comprising of the following:-

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made (including CPRI type tested certified panel) and tested bus bar chamber outdoor type, made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x5mm MS angle iron frame, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size 450mmx450mmx300mm with 4 Nos, 200 Amps copper bus bar and with 160 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36KA, 415 Volt, 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate)), 15cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crused stone aggregate) on top and grouting bolts etc for bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45cm above the nearest road level.

Supply, erecting and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31) conforming to IS 2713 (part 1 to 3), 9 mtr long with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed). Note: (a) Cost of numbering of pole shall be deemed to included in unit rate. (b) Earth work and PCC will be measured and paid for separately under respective item here-in-after. (c) The pole shall be marked with designation, manufacturer's identification and year of manufacture (d) The Contractor shall submit test certificate of pole.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping around poles, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 3 core, 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt confirming to IS-694 through GI protection pipe from Junction box to street light fitting including providiing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED street light fitting Endura Sunbeam 70/72watt, 230 V AC, efficiancy of LED 140lm/W, senson street light, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistantcomplete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm bore or next suitable size ( for LED fittings) light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25x5mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing junction box made out of not less than 2mm thick of size 250x200x100mm (approx) complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of 01 No panel mounted connector 4 pole 32A-01 No, MCB SP 06 Amps, 10 KA-01 No including 02 Nos cable glands suitable for inserting cable not less than 50 sqmm with 01 No of 01mm thick GI plate (150x50mm) having two holes as per the size of cable glands, fixed with cable gland for earth connectivity confirming to IP-65 including fixing on street light pole with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers including taking down old unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall include cost of MS Clamps, bolts, nuts and washers

M&L for shifting of existing street light fittings/luminaries of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Shifting includes taking down of light fitting from existing location (pole/wall/floor) and re-fix in new location (any location) and its testing complete. (ii) All required T&P shall be arranged by the Contractor and cost of the same shall deemed included in quoted unit rates.

M & L for carrying out boring under the black top road for crossing of LT cable/protection pipe by any means boring machine or otherwise without damaging black top surface of road suitable for fixing of GI pipe 40 to 100mm bore under the road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 100 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized mild steel earth plate 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level), top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2020) , connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with & including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade including excavation & earth work in any type of soil & disposal of soil, providing alternative layers of charcol and common salt, construction of PCC earth chamber in 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm MS bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways with life hook made out of 8mm TMT dia bars, watering arrangement with funnel & wire mesh complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate includes the cost of GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip and earth strip up to 7.5m. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself.
