Removing old acid proof tiles & mortar from surface . clean surface properly , disposal of debris from DM water tank and drain lines i/c stacking of usable material all labour T&P etc complete complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.
Surface preparation;- Replaster surface with Polymer mixed motar with smooth finishing , curing all etc all T&P labour cost of material etc complete as per direction of Engineer incharge
RCC work Providing & laying M20 grade concrete at damaged and at pit holes inside tank and drain lines all T&P labour cost of material etc complete as per direction of Engineer incharge .
Grouting work to stop leakages in concrete and structural strengthening work Fixing Nozzles wherever required in RCC and injecting non shrink cement slurry with pressure grouting pump ll all T&P labour cost of material etc complete as per direction of Engineer incharge .
Supply and application of UV Stabilized PP using 2mm PPGL sheet pasting with Super Resin with CSM mat and accelerator and hardener with all joints welded with PP plane sheet & its both end welded with PP rods using fusion welding process. Adhesive thickness will be approx. 1.5 mm total lining thickness will be 3.5mm including all T&P, labour, cost of material etc complete as per direction of Engineer incharge Material Make: - Owens corning or equivalent Resin -Mechemco. or equivalent.
Providing and fixing 10mm thick acid and/ or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/ or alkali resisting mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and/ or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Acid and alkali resistant tile in dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 sand). Acid and alkali resistant tile.
