Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Hard core of stone (granite/ basalt/ trap) boulders or broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

S & F for cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigments (250mm x 250mm x22-25mm thick) machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed the joint with polymer based cement grout in roof & cut & polished over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement forming joints to full depth at every 3M intervals and at every change of direction and filing with bitumen sand mixture 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil over the roof in the nearby low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 30mm thick; laid over cement concrete subfloors etc. and finished to an even and fair surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardener) complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : (a) Wearproof topping shall be laid while the granolithic concrete is still green. (b) Metallic hardener shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only".)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50M clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles, raft etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. 2. Truss design shall be got done by the contractor duly wetting by Government Engineering College/NIT and expansion including in quoted rates.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based 0.50 mm thick (AZ-150) corrugated steel sheet of any colour having minimum tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ L or J type or cranked hook/ bolts as complete all as specified & directed. Make: Tata Blue Scope Steel Ltd or M/S Cril Colour Roof India Ltd. or Everest Industries Ltd or equivalent brand of other Make as approved by GE from list of make attached with tender documents.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of iron/ steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved by GE over and including a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of iron/ steel of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved by GE over and including a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of colour wash complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing deteriorated decayed tarfelt or any other treatment including PCC padding, loose surface and removing to debris to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr depositing where directed complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering over roof surfaces in CM 1:4 with using liquid water proofing compound @ 2% by wt of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for applying evenly tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm after cleaning the surfaces over & including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/ sqm consisting of 3/4 part bitumen of grade 85/25 and 1/4 part of kerosene oil on the top of prepared roof surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, 3mm thick spun bonded non-woven polyester reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with minimum over lap of 100mm and over lap shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Suitable embedment of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be ensured into walls/parapet walls, special care shall be taken in laying APP modified water proofing membrane in situations such as drain/ expansion joints etc.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick walls/ concrete (ceiling) surfaces of any descriptions including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and disposal of unserviceable materials to out side of MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid) ISI marked of make as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frame with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removal complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing 40mm thick flush shutters of make as approved by GE, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, both face covered with decorative face veneers with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 2 mm thick copper sheet fixed to flush shutter on both faces (inner and outer) with all fitting arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300 mm long brass sliding door bolt with sand or die cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.)

M&L for flame proof point wiring concealed type with 2.50 sqmm size FRLSH , single core, multistranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insulated 1100 V grade cable drawn into and including ERW in stove enamelled steel conduit of 20 mm dia sleeves and caps of adequate width and length with accessories and fittings like bend, elbows, crosses, wall crossing for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch and with continuous earth wire green colour as one number cable 2.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed connected to earth dolly and to be connected to flame proof one 5 pin, 5/15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board, controlled by one, one way 5/6 Amp switch including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for provision of sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, mutistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm drawn in and including ERW rigid heavy duty steel conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia with its accessories, concealed type, including one run of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity and cutting chases as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing finish complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 2.5 sqmm cable & one run of 2.5 sqmm cable alongwith steel conduit and its accessories shall be measured and paid one unit length. (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/ copper thimbles. (iii) Colour coding for wiring/ bus bar/ main connection shall be followed .

M&L for provision of sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, mutistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm drawn in and including ERW rigid heavy duty steel conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia with its accessories, concealed type, including one run of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity and cutting chases as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing finish complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm cable & one run of 4.0 sqmm cable alongwith steel conduit and its accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit length. Notes:- (i) Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable & one run of 6.0 sqmm cable alongwith steel conduit and its accessories shall be measured and paid one unit length. (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/ copper thimbles. (iii) Colour coding for wiring/ bus bar/ main connection shall be followed .
