Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 20 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.(RMC-M10) Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.

Providing Mechanical (Disc Vibrator) trawelling, finishing, with sound edges and corners, incl hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc complete for item of work as directed by engineer-in-charge

Carting of debris to a lead of 10 KM from work site including loading, unloading transportation charges etc., complete

Laying of CC (1:5:10) using 40mm SS:5 HBG machine crushed metal and OPC including cost and convince of all materials, labours charges, centering machinery, laying in position, curing for 7 days and all incidental charges etc, complete for lean concrete

Construction of RR Masonary in C.M (1.6) prop. Using hard granite stone including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, Granite stone etc. including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials, all taxes including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar construction, Scaffolding charges etc. complete for finished item of work.

Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20 mm size to 6mm size BHG machine crush matel including cost and conveyacne of all materials labour charges curing etc., complete

Raised Pointing to RR Masonary in Cement Mortor 1:3 prop , Including cost & Conveyance of all materials to site, cost of seignaiorage charges on all materials , all taxes, labour charges on all materials, curing etc., complete for finished item of work (As per S.S. 906)

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering. Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, sales & other taxes on all materials,all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, finishing, curing, etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for Even Surfaces of Wall for finished item of work. Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with initial lift of 3 mts and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD by manual means.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 prop (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) for foundation and under flooring bed using 40mm size (SS 5) Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site , cost of seigniorage charges on all materials, all taxes, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete in foundation ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per (S.S. Supply and fabrication of HYSD Fe 550 Grade steel including cost and conveyance to site and labour charges including cutting, bending, fabrication of reinforcement including cost of binding wire, etc complete for 1Kg.

Supply and placing of mild steel flats, angles, channels Isections including its all necessary fittings & fixtures etc., complete

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanised/prepainted GI polished sheets fixed to the purling with 14 size self drilling screws with neeprene washesr side laps are stiched with self tapping/drilling screws. End laps eve to be sealed with 25x3mm Butyl tape the sheets are provided with antic capillary grove

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc,, complete for finished item of work

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of water proof cement paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for walls

Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 20 mm thick (All shades) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.
