REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (E AND M) WORK TO BUILDING AT ECHS POLYCLINIC AT FATEHGARH SAHIB

Taking down carefully existing points wiring on surface conduit/concealed conduit including conduit from surface and expect conduit in concealed wiring for light/fan/socket/power/bell from wall & roof along with fitting and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, batten holders, unserviceable light fittings, pieces of wires, gutties, conduit, wooden boards etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody of contractor for which the credit has been considered under schedule of credit and making good the disturbed portion of all floor, ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH single core multi-stranded copper conductor for one light/fan/bell in new PVC conduit to be terminated in pressed steel terminal boxes with top cover plate including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH single core multi-stranded copper earth continuity conductor controlled by one switch and/or one regulator complete including repairing the surfaces in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface as per existing treatment all as specified and directed by Engineer in-charge Note-I-(Switches and regulators shall be measured and paid for separately). Note-II- ( Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth). Note-III- (The cost of modular cover plate and metal flush boxes is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item). Note -IV - cost of Eye/bottle thimbles used for connection in switches/sockets & MCBs in DBs is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. Note:- V- Rate of cutting chasing included in the unit rate quoted for this item

Supply & fix in replacement of Modular switch 1 way, 16 Amps, 1 module, 230 volts complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement of Modular socket 5 pin 6 Amps, 2 module 230 volts complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement of Modular socket 5 pin 6 &16 Amps, combination type 2 module complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement of Modular Fan regulator step type, 120 watts, 2 module complete fixed as in repair all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement of Modular bell push switch 1 way, 6 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement of Call bell ding dong AC 230 volt single pole complete all as specified.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite surface 65 x 50mm 3 terminals all as specified & directed

S&F in replacement of New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x35 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bemd to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twincore from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Sub main wiring with two single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH ,stranded copper conductor cable drawn through PVC concealed conduit 25 mm dia including 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 1:-2(two) Runs of 6.00 Sqmm Copper conductor cable, 1 Run of PVC conduit & 1 Run of 6.00 Sqm Copper conductor Earth wire shall be measured as one unit) Note 2 :(i) Rate quoted for this items shall be inclusive of the cost of (i) Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia with tees, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. (ii) Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces and cutting not exc. 10 cm girth . (iii) Including taking out/down existing unserviceable sub main wiring.

MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 A, 16 KA for fixing in DB including proper thimble connection, thermal and magnetic release protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix epoxy power coated MCCB distribution box double door VTPN 4 way vertical type AC 415 V with IP 43 protection for MCBs alongwith provision of MCCB as incomer with commen bus-bar at incoming end of outgoing MCBs grouted/ flush to wall, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- MCCB will be measured and paid under seperate item) (i) Cost of Eye/bottle thimbles used for connection MCBs in DBs shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for this items, (ii) Electric wiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth. (iii) connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped. all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure 8 ways double door for DBs when MCBs are to be used 240,volts including 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all flush mounting type, drilling holes for incoming and out going cables with IP 43 protection complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB , SPN, 240 Volts ,32 amp for fixing in DBs of including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB, single pole 240 volts 6 to 32 Amp capacity for fixing in DB’s including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.0mm , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts , nuts , check nuts and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.70 mtr long with a plug at top, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 along with CI frame and cover 10mm thick duly hinged to CI frame as shown in the electrical plate No3 of SSR 2009 part 1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Tube light fitting Self Ballasted LED Batten. Extruded Thermoplastic body with PC Diffuser in square LED Batten 18/20W 6500K of capacity ,20 watt,4 ft long incl 3 core flexible wire 0.5 sqmm copper cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC).

Supply and fix Exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240 v of size 300 mm sweep 900 rpm Engineering thermoplastic body, high efficiency motor, dynamically balanced blade for better performance and corrosion-resistant powder coated metallic finish including hole making Louver complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240 v of size 300 mm sweep 900 rpm metal body, high efficiency motor, dynamically balanced blade for better performance and corrosion-resistant powder coated metallic finish including hole making Louver complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for cables 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

Cutting of hardstanding floor/wall for laying of cable including matching with suface by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench-less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine suitable to pass through 40 to 80 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supplying & laying factory made unreinforced Precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat, Size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core supplied & laid in replacement complete all as specified& directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core supplied & laid in replacement complete all as specified& directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core supplied & laid in replacement complete all as specified& directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erection of sheet metal bus-bar chamber (factory fabricated) 100 Amp, 415 Volts Overall dimension (350 mm X 450 mm X 150 mm) nominal.duly powder coated on existing surface with required 4Nos. of tin plated copper bus-bar strips of suitable length and cross- sectional area mounted on DMC/SMC moulds at sufficient distance, enclosure made of M.S. sheet 1.6mm thick with hinged cover and lock, fitted with dust excluding gaskets and secured with sufficient no. of cadmium plated iron screws and of given overall dimensions and to be fixed with G.I. bolts and nuts/ rag bolts and nuts etc. complete with all accessories including connections with suitable size of thimbles, bonding to the existing earth and painting etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and erection of sheet metal bus-bar chamber (factory fabricated) 200 Amp, 415 Volts Overall dimension (455 mm X 455 mm X 150 mm) nominal.duly powder coated on existing surface with required 4Nos. of tin plated copper bus-bar strips of suitable length and cross- sectional area mounted on DMC/SMC moulds at sufficient distance, enclosure made of M.S. sheet 1.6mm thick with hinged cover and lock, fitted with dust excluding gaskets and secured with sufficient no. of cadmium plated iron screws and of given overall dimensions and to be fixed with G.I. bolts and nuts/ rag bolts and nuts etc. complete with all accessories including connections with suitable size of thimbles, bonding to the existing earth and painting etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvansized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6 mm galvansized iron strip earth lead wire by means of nuts bolts check nuts and GI washers including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 RCC cover 20 mm dia (medium grade) GI watering pipe with funnel wire mesh and protection pipe of GI of miniumum 40 mm dia size upto 7.5 mtr length including charcoal black cotton soil as required at site to achieve the earthing result and common salt, excavation earth work etc in any type of starta complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 as specified, GI strip of size 32X6 mm and length for continuity earth wire from test point to main distribution Board and all as directed. (Note: (i) Rate for achieving required depth by compressor machine if required is deemed included in item unit rate. (ii) After earthing contractor should test the earth value and submit register for earth resistance result to Engr-in-Charge. ) (ii) The earthing result should be less than 2 ohm otherwise the earthing will be made separately in other location)
