M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M&L for 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on Brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or concret surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in cm1:4

M&L for 05 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on ceiling concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper on wall over plastered surfaces including prepartion of new surfaces on plastered surfaces, prepara-tory to distempering complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for white wash three coats in ceilling incl prepration of old plastered surfaces.

M&L for preparation on old plaster surface and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces on old plaster surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over 3mm thick waterproof putty and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces

M&L for preperation of old decorated surface of wall washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on filling etc complete all as specified.wall specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling including (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in below or above ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thk (unreinforced).

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair as in sub base of path and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 75mm thick as in plinth protection, Surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Endura Industrial tiles or Equivalent 12mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl Mirror polishing on Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish incl rubbing and mirror polishing complete etc including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L for Machine cut kota slab 20-25mm thick in risers of step skirting dado over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including Mirror polishing Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish rubbing and mirror polishing including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work for gates,colomn ,roof obtained from with of any description etc.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

Dismantling of timber scantling under 40 Sq cm in section in any position as in unframed work fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 m and making good surface.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

S&F for Steel work in tubular pole/ trusses washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

S&F for Rolled sections as in main andcross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250)qualityA

S&F for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

M & L for Preparation of New steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling of existing rain gutter water pipe etc

Supply and fix uPVC box type rain water gutter pipes of width 160mm, depth 100mm, having thickness of minimum 3mm (4kg/sqcm guage) with added rib for extra strength, fixed in position with uPVC clamps and mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays, including uPVC gutter fittings like couplings,running outlet,corner / elbows (of desired degree), end drops, end caps, corner drop/elbow drop, leaf guard, etc all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rates for uPVC fittings to be used like centre drop, end drop, elbow drop etc to be deemed included with the quoted rates of the contractor, however mild steel works to be used will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix uPVC square/rectangular/circular type rain water pipes of 90mm or above, having thickness of minimum 3mm (4kg/sqcm guage) fixed in position with uPVC clamps and mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays, including all uPVC fittings necessary like couplings, elbows, end caps,etc all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rates for uPVC fittings to be used like centre drop, end drop, elbow drop etc to be deemed included with the quoted rates of the contractor, however mild steel works to be used will be measured and paid separately
