Material and labour for damaged/ unplastered surface of internal wall ,filter bed and valve pit chamber at filtration plant to be repair & plastering in the ratio of 1:4 including new and old surface of wall & bed of filter to be painted withtwo coat of wall primer over a one coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note:- Paint should be approved by Engr-in-Charge before painting work)

Material and labour for laying, spreading & compacting the gravel (pabbles) of under mentioned size in filter bed of primary & secondary filter chamber of filteration plant at Gambaer Pump House. Note: All the different size of gravel should be filled in filter bed after sieveing the proper size of gravel slacked measurements will be measured before & after filling the gravel. Actual consumed qty of gravel will be paid only in this item of schedule.

(ii) Stacked measurement shall be measured befor and after filling the coarse sand and actual qts of consumed coarse sand will be measured and paid only.

Labour only for filling, laying & spreading of coarse sand obtained from item no 70.00 for filter bed after packing the gravel layers upto depth 35cm Note: Stacked measurment befor and after filling the caorse sand shall be measured and only consumed qty of coarse sand shall be paid.

Material and labour for filling, laying & spreadning of cleaned and dry fine sand for filtter media after laying the layer of coares sand i.e top most layer upto 35cm depth all as specified and dierected by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Stacked measurement shall be measured befor and after filling the fine sand. (ii) Actual consumed qty of fine sand shall be measured and paid in this items of schedule.

Labour only for restoring the water supply through rapid gravity sand filter plant and checking & ensure the filter water flow per hours as per capacity of fillteration plant in the presence of Engineer-in-charge incl all area near by fillteration plant to be neat & clean and also writting a letter or figure (in block letters) as cleaning date of filter media , name of contractor.

Dismantling/taking out all the inlet, outlet, washout and back wash pipe, inspection chamber, butterfly valve etc from high pressure fillteration plant (circular type, vertical type) for cleaning and replacement of fillter media all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: From high pressure fillteration plant to Gamber pump house.

Taking out of filter media from high pressure filteration plant and cleaning, washing with approved solution of detergent/chemical through applying adequate pressure and stacking the filter media of different size after sieveing the filter media like Gravel, coarse sand & fine sand of proper size of sieve, for reuse at site of work incl cleaning & washing preparing the filling of filter media in the all 05 unit (vessal) of high pressure filter.

Material and labour for filling, laying & spreadig base material of filter media i.e gravel of size 1st layer in bottom 20mm to 40mm upto depth 6cm, 2nd layer 12mm to 20mm upto 6cm depth, 3rd layer 6mm to 12mm upto 6cm depth and finally 3mm to 6mm upto 6cm depth. Note: (i) Proper size of gravel after sieveing through proper size of sieve shall be stacked for measurement purpose. (ii) stacked measurement before felling and after filling shall be measured and actual consume qty shall be measured and paid only.

Labour only filling, laying & spreading base material of filter media i.e old gravel of 20mm to 40mm, 12mm to 20mm, 6mm to 12mm and 3mm to 6mm in alternating layer as above all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Filter Media retrieved from Sr, item 14 shall be stacked properly,stacked measurement shall be measured & paid in this item of schedule.

Material and labour for filling, laying and spreading of coarse sand of size 0.35mm to 0.6mm for filter media after above packing the gravel layers upto depth 15cm . Note: Proper size of coarse sand shall be stacked after sieving from proper size of sieve. (ii) Stacked measurement shall be measured before and after filling the coarse sand and actual consumed qty of coarse sand shall be paid only.

Labour only for filling, laying & spreading coarse sand of proper size 0.35mm to 0.6mm for filtter media after packing the gravel upto depth 15cm. Note: (i) Filter media retrieved from Sr. item No. 83.00 shall be stacked properly. (ii) Stacked measurement shall be measured before and after filling the coarse sand and actual consumed qty of coarse sand shall be paid only.

Material and labour for jointing, connecting, refixing of all the fitments like inlet, outlet washout and backwash pipe, valve, butterfly valve and inspection chamber etc in original situation/place of work high pressure filter unit all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Taking out all the inlet,outlet,wash out & back wash pipe and necessary sluice valve,inspection chamber,from pressure filter (vertical cylindrical type) at swimming pool 14 GTC for cleaning of filter media & replacement of certain quantity of filter media all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for washing & cleaning of filter media with applying solution of cleaned water & approved detergent/chemical etc and including cleaned filter media such as gravel of different size and coarse to be stacked after sieveing the proper size of sieve as specified 20-40mm, 12-20mm, 6-12mm, 3-6mm & also coarse sand 0.35mm to 0.60mm for reuse at site including cleaning,scrubbing the internal surface of cylindrical pressure filter through wire brush & cleaning of complete filter media from approved solution of detergent/chemical & to make ready for filling the filter media all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: i) Stacked filter media shall only be measured & paid in respective item of schedule.

Material and labour for fitting,laying & spreading of base material of filter media ie gravel of specified size start from bottom Ist layer all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: i) all size of gravel should be sieved from proper size of sieve & stacked for measurement. ii) Stacked measurement shall be measured before & after filling the gravel. iii) Actual consumed qty of gravel shall be measured & paid only. Ist layer in bottom up to 7.5cm of size 20mm to 40mm, 2nd layer upto next 7.5cm depth of size 12mm to 20mm, 3rd layer upto depth 7.5cm of size 6mm to 12mm & finally 4th layer upto 7.5cm of size 3mm to 6mm.

Labour only filling, laying & spreading base material of filter media i.e old cleaned gravel of proper size in alternating layers 20mm to 40mm & upto 3mm to 6mm upto depth of each layer 7.5cm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: i) Stacked measurement shall be measured before & after filling the gravel. ii) Actual measurement qty of gravel shall be measured and paid only.

Note: (i) Stacked measurement shall be measured befor and after filling the fine sand. (ii) Actual consumed qty of fine sand shall be measured and paid in this items of schedule.

Material and labour for jointing, connecting, refixing of all the fitments like inlet, outlet washout and backwash pipe, sluice valve, and inspection chamber etc in original situation/place of work including necessary minor repair work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for restore/filling the swimming pool with cleaned water through pressure filter for checking & ensure the flow of filtered water per hour as per capacity of pressure filter in the presence of Engr-in-charge including all area nearby pressure filter plant to be neat and cleaned & also writing in letters or figure in block letters as cleaning date of filter media & capacity of filtration plant with synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for prepration of old painted surface of stell or iron external surface of pressure filter,all pipe line & valve inside the plant and painting of synthetic enamel ordinary paint over a one coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of water storage tank by removing sludge from the water reservior or storage tank and depositing the sludge away from the tank 200m distance and cleaning the water reservior all round the wall upto top level and floor through applying acid,bleaching powder and finally washing through fresh water including writing a letter in block letter with synthetic enamel paint on the wall,capacity of storage of water,date of cleaning,date of next cleaning,location of installation etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of the following capacity of water storage tank. Note: i) Cleaning work of each storage tank should be completed in only one working day.Contractor shall be informed to Engr-in-charge regarding restoring the evening supply of the water to affected area of station.

Material and labour for prepration of old painted brick stone,concrete cement plaster surfaces plain or moulded not exceeding 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of priming paints plaster coated as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: i) Prior approval of color of paint should be obtained from Engr-in-charge before commencement of work. ii) All the static water storage tank should be painted.

Material and labour for prepration of old painted surface of steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or with one coat synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer all specified & directed by engr-in-charge. Note: i) Prior approval of color of paint should be obtained from Engr-in-charge before commencement of work. ii) All the static water tank & rising main,outlet pressed overflow washout MS pipe should be painted.

Material and labour for dismantling, opening of unsv centrifugal pump motor set of capacity 7.5HP/10 KW KSB pump & motor crompton Greaves from,repair,rewinding & servicing of motor and pump from swimming pool at 14 GTC.Repair/maintenance/servicing of pump motor as under:- i) Opening of sunction and delievery line from pump and taken out pump shaft,gland plate, impeller and ball bearing etc. from pump hosing/body for repair purpose. Pump to be repaired/servicing by replacing unserviceable bearing , impeller, grinding/boring of pump shaft, greasing and filling/packing new glands etc. ii) Opening of motor for repair/rewinding of unsv motor incl. taking out rotor from stator, shaft, bearing etc. Taking out burnt winding from stator and rewinding the stator with new super enameled first class winding wire approx. 5.5kg, varnishing and insulating the first class insulation material and replacement of unsv bearing of suitable size complete all as specified. iii) Repaired pump and motor to be refixed in the same situation/location and connecting all pipe line inlet and outlet incl commissioning and testing the pump motor to the entire satisfaction to the Engr-in-Charge. iv) Old unsv material will be the contractors property under accounted in this item as credit of schedule.

Amount of credit of Rs. 169953.15 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
