Manning and Operation of Central Type Air Conditioning Plant in summer/Monsoon season through out the year in shifts of eight hours continuous from monday to saturday and carrying out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and Cleaning , Checking/arresting of refrigerant gas leakages, routine checks like oil level, V-belts checking, electrical control checking, cleaning of cooling tower and dusting of all equipments including first hand repairs upto Rs. 500/-quaterly such as as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection etc, all as directed by Enginer-in-charge for the Flight Simulator Bldg AC Plant , (One shift) having following equipments:- (i) 2 x 8.5 TR

Notes for Item No-01 1.The unit rate quoted shall be for deploying suitable operator/mechanic to run the plant for one month (working days in a week shall be from Monday to Friday excluding holiday). 2. The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of dress of operator as approved by GE/stationary for maintaining daily log sheets/running and maintaining required temperature/proper functioning of plant and obtaining users signature in daily maitenance register and putup the atttendence/maintenance register monthly once to the Engr-in-Charge. 3. The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cleaning of cooling tower and complete cleaning of plant and keep the surrounding area of plant. 4. Replacement of unserviceable spare parts will be measured/paid under relevant items. 5. Shift timing from 0800 to 1630 hrs with 30 min lunch break .6. Minimum operating staff to be emplyoed:- one person in each shift for each AC Plant 7. Contractor will provide shock treatment chart / plant diagram on each plant room. 8. Contractor will provide humidity meter / thermometer in each plant . 9. Dress as approved by GE shall be provided to each operator duly fixed name plate over dress. 10.(a) The contractor shall employ the operator having ITI / Experience certificate from recognized Institutions/ Firms for operation of same nature OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING installation since three years. (b) ) In case contractor fails to employ the duty personnel in any of the shift he shall be liable to bear the panel recovery @ 500/- per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift

Supply and fix thermostatic expansion valve of following capacity including taking out unserviceable expansion valve of any cap. Make- ALCO/Sporlan/Danfoss

(a) For upto 30 TR cap AC Plant

(b) For above 30 TR to 50 TR cap AC Plant

(c) For above 50 TR cap AC Plant

Taking down perished Unserviceable insulation cover of refrigerent piping and Supplying & Fixing brutile rubber insulation for refrigerent pipings of suitable size

Supplying and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 5/8 " x 3/8".

Supplying and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 1/2 " x 1/4".

Supplying and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 5/8 " x 1/4".

Descaling of condensing unit up to 50 TR capacity of air-conditioning plants by circulating descaling agent (HCL) through the condensers by forced feed method, removing of the end covers of the condensers cleaning of each tube of condensers thoroughly by the brushing refixing back the end covers of the condensers by removing of the rubber gasket, nut bolts, washers, cleaning of spray nozzles, cooling tower, cup, water line, strainer and testing spray nozzles working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and isolating the compressor of Accel /voltas/kirloskar make of any model from the existing AC system by putting dummy plates to suction and discharge valves opening of the compressor, removing of internal parts cleaning of the oil parts thoroughly, replacement of the following parts including thrust washers, minor parts like Nuts, Bolts etc including polishing to the crank shaft, reassembling back all the serviceable parts after complete overhauling, removing of the dummy plates of the compressor including testing& commissioning complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts & consumables will be measured & paid separately. Charging of compressor oil will be measured & paid separately.

Supply & fix the following spares for Accel /Voltas/Kirloskar make of any model compressor including taking down old unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. :- (a) Main bearing pump and seal end.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS pipe line of 100 mm size of AC plant like suction and discharge pipe line including flanges/bolt/bend and complete welding works etc including making all connection all as specified and directed. Rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include for dismantling the same all as specifed and directed.

All as per Item No 26 above but of size 80mm

M & L for servicing of AHU installed with various plants for proper checking and smooth functioning of the Air handling unit by removing of all pre mettalic filter/bag filter and removing of all dist and servicing of AHU motor / cleaning of shaft and removing the carbon particle and rust from all part of the AHU all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix removable type factory made metalic pre filters of 20 micron of standard size with GI frame both side including taking out unserviceable metalic pre filters etc all as directed. Make- Aerosol/Dyna/Maf/Zonflower

Supply and fix factory made high performance bag filters of 99 micron down to 5 micron of standard size with multiple pockets and self supporitng filters bags with MS / GI anodised aluminium frame suitable for central AC Plant including replacement of bolts and nuts and taking down unserviceable bag filters etc all as directed. Make- Aerosol/Dyna/Maf/Zonflower

Supply and replacement of condenser safety valve up to 350PSI scaled of any size confirming of ISI including evacuating of refrigerant gas all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting, dismantling of U/S condenser/cooling tower fan motor upto 5 HP, rewinding of condenser fan motor with same gauge copper wire, varnishing, replacement of bearing, bushing, greasing & balancing of the fan with the motor including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Charging refrigerant gas R-22/407C/134a. Make- Fluron/Mettron/Refron

Supply & fix in replacement of compressor oil servo friz F-68 of Indian oil or equivalent in BPCL/HPCL,complete all as specified

Evacuation refrigerant gas from the system into the empty cylinder for up to 100 TR capacity of air-conditioning plants leak testing of the plant with dry nitrogen (N2) pressure by separating the entire system like low side high side, compressors, condensers and rectifying the leakage vaccumising, recharging of evacuated refrigerant gas, testing and brazing of cooling coil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : i) Supply of refrigerant gas & consumables will be measured and paid separately. ii) Installed capacity of the plant to be considered.

Supply and weld butter fly valve upto 80 mm dia made from High tension carbon steel with MS Body complete including replacement of unserviceable rusted MS flanges of suitable size etc all as directed. Make : Advace/Kirlosker/Zoloto

Supply and fixing of AC 3 pole power contactor 415 volts 50 HZ of the following capacities including removing the unserviceable contactor all as specified and as directed. Make : Siemens/L & T /BCH/ CG

(a) Upto16 Amps capacity

(b) 18 amps to 25 Amps capacity

(c) 30 amps to 63 Amps capacity

Disconnecting and removing of the induction motor of under mentioned capacity 415 volts AC from the existing position of the following capacity of any make checking of the motor for its serviceability, transporting to workshop, opening up, cutting and removing of the burnt out winding, rewinding with same gauge of copper conductor and insulting, varnishing, greasing etc., replace 2 Nos of end ball bearings, reassemble including cleaning, oiling, greasing of internal parts, replacement of worn out nut bolts, gland packing etc, testing for proper functioning, bring back to site, refixing back in the original position, reconnecting, commissioning complete all as directed.

Supply and fix pilot solenoid valve 3 way model S-180 230 volt coil including removing unserviceable solenoid valve etc all as directed. Make- Sanlan/Sporlan

Supply and fix loading / unloading valve 3 way type suitable for any model compressor with 230 volts loading coils and necessary flair nuts, adaptors , connectors including taking solenoid valve unserviceable etc as directed.

M & L for opening of all connection of electric power cable of AC plant from the electrical panel , cleaning and changing of lugs of existing cable and checking of all electrical wiring of panel and servicing of bus bar strip changing etc and tightening of nuts and bolts and making all connection as per original including testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of FRP cooling tower of round bottle/ square type upto 60 TR capacity by opening the top cover of cooling tower remove the spare pipe and nozzles properly to clean the same and clean the PVC fills and cooling tower base through circulating caustic soda mixed with water for half-an-hour and drain out the dirty water and entire cooling tower to be cleaned with wire brush. Testing & re-commissioning etc., all as directed.

Supply and fixing of the following pressure cut-outs including dismantling of unserviceable cut-outs all as specified and as directed. Make;- Indfoss/Danfoss

Material and labour for complete servicing of package type air conditioner upto 10 TR capacity including checking all connection leak testing/pressure testing with help of filling of nitrogen gas as required / and removing the leakage from refrigerant pipe including brazing etc upto otdoor condensing unit including checking of fan motor/fan blade and removing of all dust particle and testing the same after complete servicing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge. Note : Refrigerant gas required shall be made and paid seperately.

Dismantling and taking out the existing mono block centrifugal type pump set upto 5 HP suction and delivery pipe lines transporting the pump to a reputed workshop remetaling to shaft, replacement of water seal gland /bearingand through servicing/check up and greasing oiling etc., reassembling the pump and motor, transporting the same to its original location, fixing in position, connecting up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commissioning for satisfactory smooth operation complete of 30 HP all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-45 above but of upto 7.5 HP to 15HP all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of cooling tower fan motor upto 3 HPcomplete with hub blade as per existing size and model by disconnecting the unservicable ones and making all connection including testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ball bearing set of 2 of the upto 30 HP capacity induction motor/pump set including removing of unserviceable bearing all as specified and as directed. Make : SKF/NTN

Maaterial and labour for disconnecting of all connection of existing compressor of ac plant of cap upto 50 TR including opening of top plate/shaft seal assembly connecting rod/bearing and scraping the sludge etc by applying kerosene and afterward complete checking of rocker arm/ pisston including replacement of packing material after applying the grease/compressor oil as per requirement basis and making all connection complete after servicing and testing the same for entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge.

Supply & laying Synthetic Insulating Mat of size 2.00Mtr x 1.00Mtr x 19 mm thick ISI Marked all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Moulded Case Circuit Breakers for Distribution Network with thermal magnetic release type DPX 250 3 pole UPTO 100 Amps capacity 16 KA rupturing capacity in existing panel board including modification on existing panel if required, necessary connectioning with copper strips/suitable size of copper conductor wire from bus bar, provison of suitable size of copper lugs as per the out going cable including taking down unserviceable MCCB complete all as directed Make : L & T / ABB / Schneider / Legrand

Supply and fixing of shaft seal assembly of any make and model of compressor including removing of the unserviceable shaft seal assembly and testing all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing the unserviceable GI ducting including insulation carefully without damaging any equipment all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Supply , fabricate,erection and testing of air ducting made out of 24 gauge GI sheets in accordance with site conditions and as per standards complete with all aceesssoreis laike flamges suspension rods anchor, bolts, GI bolts and nutsfor supplying /returning air duct all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix nitrile insulation of 12mm thick for supply air duct/return duct with aluminum sheet as per exising all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacemnet of V Belt of air conditioning plant of size upto C120 all as specified and directed.

Attending complaint for ductable type split air conditioners/cassette type air conditioner/package type Air conditioner of any refrigrant like VRV/VRF type by the aurhorise rep of as per existing make inlcuding programming with help of laptop if reqd linlcluding timer setting etc with microprcessed controlled scroll /replacement of defective spares pats and components and checking of all parameters i.e temperature current and voltage ratings leakage of refrigenrant gas/ brazing if reqd /tightening of nuts bolts washers routine checks like checking of leak testing, electrical control checking of package type AC, gas charging all as required for smoth and efficent functioning to achieve the desired cooling conditions complete all as specified and directed.Note 1:- Complaint shall be attended by the authorise rep of OEM of all type of Air conditioining.

M & L for dismantling of old unserviceable flywheel for compressor of make Voltas/Accel/Kirloskar as per existing model and supply and fix new fly wheel , dynamically balanced as per existng in all respect including making all connection and testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement for Canvass connection between supply mouth of AHU ply air plenium including necessary supports, bolts nuts and fasteners complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacemnent of room thermometer/db /wb wall handling type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of gauge panel made out of 16 SWG MS sheet including internal connection with suitable size of coppers wires including copper tube flare nuts /adopters etc and fixing the HP/LP /water pressure cutout and Oil pressure cut out as per existing and making all connection with existing system including testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of electric shock treatment chart as per existing all as specified and directed

Dismantling existing old vintage damaged wall mounting glow sign board and supply and fixing of new glow sign board of size 2.5M x50CMx20CM wide made out of MS sheet 16 gauge with front of the board made out of transparent perspex sheet/flex sheet.Three Nos 20 watts LED tube light fittings fluorscent tube rods copper ballasts fitted inside the board and three core wire of size 40/0.0076 mm,5 m long with one no 5A,three pin plug top with letter writing (sample of letter writing will be provided by Engineer-in-charge) including point wiring and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-charge
