Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg/10 Sqm on prepared surfaces with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content using paving bitumen (VG-30) by wt of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm paving bitumen (VG-10) putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder paving bitumen (VG-30) 9.8 kg per 10sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers 8 to12 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers 8 to12 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam by power or by hand picking incl raking over and grading the broken up surfaces to proper camber etc. area n. exc 400sqm, exc 50mm and n.exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous (VG-10) @ 10 kg/10 Sqm on prepared surfaces with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite, trap, basalt ) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with road rollar 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before but except material complete all as specified and directed.
