M&L for Second class hardwood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames for doors with one/more rebated incl necessary fixing lugs hinges lock strike plate etc complete size 125x60mm and filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in back of chowkats complete all as specified.

M & L for 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 but 30mm thick divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified.

M & L for 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick wood grain printed Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed 15 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound @3 % per 50 kg wt of cement weight complete all as specified and directed (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced elastromeric liquid water proofing compound membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 as approved by GE on toop of roof surface in three coats @ 10.76 ltr /10 Sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3 :1 i.e. 3 part of water proofing liquid and one part of water) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid. The dry film thickness of complete allocation/ system should not be less than 500 micron. The treatment shall be carried out through authorised representative of manufacturer and application shall be by mechanical sprayers or as directed by GE.

S&F in repairs galvnasied steel wire cloth ,0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including existing roof treatment (tarfelt) including removing to a distance exc 1.50 KM but not exc 5.00 KM complete all as speci

Providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) in copings, plinth protection courses, string courses and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Hacking out old glass (any thickness) from aluminium door shutter with rubber beading / aluminium beading and re-fixing the same glass after the change of new rubber beading and tightening the same complete all as specified and directed.
