Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheet (size ,shape,and pitch of corrugation as approved by enginner in charge ) 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total coated yhickness with zinc coating 120 gm. per sqm as per IS 277 ,in 240 mpa steel grade ,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns min. to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 mt. or as desired by engineer -in-charge .The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws od size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ verti cal or curved surface, excluding the cost of purlin ,rafter and trusess and including cutting to size and shape wherever reqd.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheet (size ,shape,and pitch of corrugation as approved by enginner in charge ) 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total coated yhickness with zinc coating 120 gm. per sqm as per IS 277 ,in 240 mpa steel grade ,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling / self tapping screw complete Ridge plain (500-600mm)

Providing and fixing hard board celing sheet of approved quality with neccesary nails etc. complete 6mm thick ( frame work paid separately)including putty and side corner 40 x 40 mm

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufactures on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades (two or more coats) on new work

Making plinth protection 50mm thick with cement concrete ( 1 : 3 : 6) 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate) 20 mm nominal size f stone aggregate over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast , 40 mm nominal size of well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Filling available excavated earth(excluding rock) in trenches ,plinth,sudes of foundation etc.Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth,conslidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
