Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone works and pre-cast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonary with solid block exc 10 cm width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as spd.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick and concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for preparating surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm with mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over surfaces roof, terrace, projection, chajjas, walls after prepration and cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of roof, terrace, projection, chajjas, walls (old or new), finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) with mixing of WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer at 4 Kg per 10 sq metre over plastered/concrete surfaces including prepration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gm/sqm) by torched application method including cleaning surfaces by on and as per manufacturer instructions complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick , PCC 1:2:4 (Type B0 using 20 mm gdd agg) as in levelling course to match the undulations of roof and in in coping , roof kerbs, fins including benching etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing material or dubries retrives from above demolition or cleaning to a distance exceed 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm) with SRI(solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

S&F in repairs 20 mm CPVC Pipe SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 Fittings such as Tee, Elbow, nipple and small piece of pipe in trenches or fixed to wall/Ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per Item No 15.00 here-in-above but 25 mm dia bore

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, of capacity exc. 500 & not exc. 1000 ltr capacilty, setting aside (or lovering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning , repairing etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs including disconnecting tanks ,1000 Ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylin-drical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley, gutters etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc comoplete all as specified.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses,post,purlin,rafter including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240

M&L for preparation of New or old previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L For false ceiling with 4 mm thick designer 'E' board fixed on GI grid work with powder coated finish on exposed surface of size 0.60 x 0.60 m consisting of GI angle supported on wall of size 24 mm x 28 mm x 0.7 mm main tee of size 24 mm x 38 mm x 0.7 mm cross tee of size 24 mm x 28 mm x 0.7 mm using porpose made members interlocking to made to shape at 1200 mm c/c fixed with 3mm dia. GI wire suspender and making holes etc. all as directed including two coats of white wash on ceiling after preparation of surfaces and as per manufacture instruction make of grid work : Armstrong/ swastik/ Techno Grid and 'E' board Gypsum or equivalent approved. including taking down old ceiling etc complete as directed. S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

M& L false ceiling of POP gypsum board of size 600Xmmx600mmx12mm thick and frame made out of MSGI BPS grade, angle 24mmX24mmX0.43mm, Tsection 24mmX25mmX0.30 mm and main runner T section 24mmX38mmX0.35mm complete with angle fixed to wall with rawl plug 100mm long maximum 600 mm c/c, hanging with 2.50/3.00 mm dia GI wire suspenders fixed to ceiling with 80mm long rawl plug providing 1 No. per sqm complete including designer cornice at egde and anywhere else as reqd, and suitable provision for electric fittings and painting with two coats of OBD over one coat of primer along with putty after preparation of surfaces complete including dismantling of old ceiling of any description and any size any height etc complete all as per manufacture instruction and all as directed. M&L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with sagol over and including dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed, Including Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over a coat of wall care putty(3mm )thick over a coat of alkali resistance primer including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preperation of new plastered surfaces of walls applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm mm thickness putty over plastered/uneven surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.
