M&L for Attending day to day complaints for checking the existing defective Ceiling Fan/wall mounted fan, Exhaust Fan & Geyser/ DBs/MCBs including taking down of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/geyser for rewinding/major defects and carrying out minor repair as required to make the item functional by checking the fault like capacitor, Holder hook, hanging nut & bolts, connection of wire, heating element, rubber gasket, fastner bolt etc at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Srl item Nos.01 :- 180 ORS MAHIPALPUR,35 BRIGADE,CAMS,1 CBPO, IML, KHYBER LINE,SIGNAL COY,227 FIELD WORK SHOP, BSO OFFICE and Contractor shall provide 02 numbers of tradesmen (electrician) alongwith 02 helper to attend the complaints all the above areas in all working days including holiday and sunday. 2. Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff, to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. 3. The contractor will ensure that the team of electricians with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 4. A recovery of Rs. 500/- for not attending the complaint upto 04 hours and after 04 hours Rs. 1000/- shall be recovered from the contractor due. 5. All the complaint slip, register , gate pass & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 6. Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and the same may be asked for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. 7.The above tradesmen shall also be utilized for replacement of old unserviceable spare parts/items with new one as catered "Supply only" here-in-after. These spare parts/items shall be measured and paid under respective items of this Schedule in Supply only, not be utilized for the items entered here-in-after as taking down, S&F, M&L, S&F in repairs M&L in repairs etc. and the rate quoted by tenderer are deemed to be included for the same. 8. The store reuired for attending the complaints shall be provided against "Supply Only" items here-in-after.

M&L for opening of hole through out the wall as suitable for exhaust fan of size up to 450mm sweep and fixing of nut-bolts with 4" anchor fastner of suitable size and making food the disturbed surface and all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates are inclusive in respect of under this item as above hole opening civil work with MS faster bolt of 8mm dia and 100 mm (minimum) long for fixing of exhaust fan and MS fastner clamps strip 38 mm wide and 5mm thick (min) to hold exhaust fan.

Supply only BLDC fan controller PCB with short cuircuit protection power 440V suitable for onground BLDC ceiling fan 1200 mm Sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep by dismantling of fan motor cutting and removing of burnt windings, cleaning, winding with supper enameled copper wire of superior quality, same gauge of wire, same Nos of turns, provn of insulation paper applying of varnish drying of varnish and assembling of fan including replacement of gun metal bush, ball bearing where ever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Gun metal bush, clamp, shaft, rod, bearing shall be measured and paid separately
