Construction of gantry to be fabricated out of MS/GI pipes by way of cutting, welding & fitting of 100mm Dia pipe over the clear water sump with details here as under: - The job includes providing and fitting of 100mm Dia MS/GI pipes as vertical posts (02no) duly grouted in cement concrete (1:2:4) upto the depth of 3 feet (1.5’x1.5’x3’) after earth work excavation and other side to be fixed over slab with appropriate size nuts and bolts. The job includes fitting of 6mtr long horizontal post of MS/ G.I pipe of 100mm Dia on top of the vertical posts. The job further includes providing and fitting of M.S plates (07 no),6mm thick of size (1’x1’) on top, bottom of vertical posts and horizontal member by welding to make the joint strong and robust with fabrication of ladder out of ISA 50x50x6mm having steps at equal distance of 01 feet of 2 feet width. Providing and fixing of10 Sq mm steel ceiling wire rope of 2m length with D shackles etc. all the tools, tackle DG set etc. required for execution of job is to be arranged by the firm. The vertical and horizontal posts along with the fittings is to be painted with two coats of steel primer followed by two coats of enamel paint to give the structure a presentable look.
