Painting with superior quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work

Cleaning/Machine rubbing of Mossaic/terrazo flooring including skiting with electrically operated grinding machine with fine carburandandum stone of required numbers, the grinding should be done atleast in one stage and necessary to existing floor be done with white cement and marble powder including using colour of required shade if required. The floor should be cleaned and washed with water mixed with oxalic acid and left to dry. Finally floor should be polished with wax polish of approved quality and saw dust all complete complete to give glossy finish as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead: a) With cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4fine sand)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall : a) 20 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

b) 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

Cleaning of toilet of any size, which includes the cleaning of wall, wall tiles, WC Pot, Wash Basin and sanitary fitting with detergent or any other chemical to make toilet sparlink clear all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)
