As per approved design Entry/Exit Gates (02 Pcs.) made with mix of 18mm, 16mm plywood 18ft. X 12ft. height with sufficient space for 4 – 8 people to walk in/ out of space and rest stall closed

Back Lit box on Entry Gate & Exit Gate with branding 8 X 3 ft. Design to be printed on backlit high quality on both side (make the lights with lux lower than 300 lumens).

Brand new carpet on the base of the stall 315 Sqm with no seems or delamination (seamless)

Billing Counter made with drawers and cabinet with locking option with mix of 24mm, 12mm plywood finished top. (3.5 ft. Height, 18 ft. In length & 2ft. Width)

Reception Counter made with drawers and cabinet with locking option with mix of 24mm, 12mm plywood finished top (2.5 ft. Height, 8 ft. In length & 2ft. Width)

Walls made with mix of 18mm plywood, 6mm plywood/ MDF 12 ft. Height

Putti & Paint finish on all the gates, walls book racks etc. (All sides must be covered in vinyl/flex as per approved design)

20X36w (warm white colour) & 60X18w Spot Lights (white colour) with necessary wiring and connection for well Lit Stall (the no. may vary as per the proposed design). There should be no. dark areas/spots in the buyers area, pantry, meeting rooms. Additional lights in the form of lamps must be provided in all purchase kiosk.

Adjusting arm LED Lights for branding with necessary wiring and connection. No exposed wires to be seen.

Meeting room 9 sqm. provide proper doors covered in vinyl.

Store Cum Pantry of 12 sqm. provide proper doors covered in vinyl.
