M&L for comprehensive maintenance /repairs & monthly check from OEM with skilled crane techncian to all component of 02 x EOT crane (Capacity-02 Ton), (single guarder/double guarder any type) ,limit switches vertical and horizontal motion,greasing, lubrication to all movable parts, rail track, adjustment/rectification of flexible cable with cable carrier/replacement of PVC cable carriers, tightening of all electrical connections at main EOT panels and connected electrical drive motors, adjustment of brake system with replacement of tie rod, replacement of gear oil/ replacements of gasket/oil seal and required nut and bolts,all types of control panel, light points, cleaning,dusting etc of all components by 1st week of every month. (a) All spare parts required during maintenance shall be measured and paid separately. (b) The maintenace of crane throughout the contract period shall be responsibilty of contractor and shall be quoted accordingly.

(c) Minor repair/checking fault/Testing/commissoining of work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate as such under mentioned work :- (i) Motors – Check terminal connections slip rings, carbon bushes alignment of motors, couplings, clutches, breakes if any tight/adjust if required. (iii) Wire Rope – Check lubrication and number of broken wires, Hook – Check for free rotation of hook, lubrication of moving parts. (iii) Electrical – Check contactor tips limit switch operating mechanism including connections & testing of LT panel of crane complete. (iv) Checking of all movement i.e Long Travel, Cross travel/ hoist lifting motion. (v) The record of servicing will be maintained by Contractor, it should be dual signed by user and MES Rep and at the time of payment contractor will produce the same. (vii) Oiling/greasing of bearing of all wheel LT/CT motion mechanism included in the quoted rate. (vii) Cleaning of all parts and rail/wheel of cranes. NOTE : The said work will carried out for DB No: 1 for 2 EOT Cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All works are to be done as per Item ser No 1.00 & 1.01 but DB No: 3 for 2 EOT Cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only thermal overload relay of existing size and sample ,make & model suitable for 2.0 ton EOT gantry complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply only brake shoe thrust assembly with lining set as per site sample suitable for main hoist and for vertical drive complete of size 2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

Supply only brake liner of electro thruster brake assy as per site sample for crane capacity of 2.0 ton installed at different location at AF stn udhampur complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Supply only push button for pendant including necessary connection & testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only emergency stop switch for pendant including necessary connection & testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only LT motion chain guard suitable EOT crane to fix in between LT shaft and LT motion wheel complete all as specified.

Supply only LT (long travel) CT (cross travel) geared rotary limit switch 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, upto 2 ton EOT crane with auxiliary contracts or as per existing size and make complete all as specified.

Supply only programming card of VFD installed suitable for EOT crane capacity upto 2 Ton complete all as specified and directed

Supply only LT (long travel) wheels suitable for EOT crane capacity upto 2 Ton as per existing size complete all as specified and directed

Supply only breaking resister 415 V, 3 phase 2/3/5 HP electric motor and directed all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Supply only pendent suitable for 2 ton capacity gantry complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling & taking out gear box , breaking assy of EOT Cranes for Oiling, Greasing, rectification of fault and reinstalling the same including replacing of unserviceable parts like bearing, bush, gear,oil , seal,gasket etc of existing make and size and testing complete all as per site requirement all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-charge. Note :-(i) All T & P and labour required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only thruster brake oil with new brake oil suitable for gantry all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only thruster Gear oil with new brake oil suitable for gantry all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting and marking of existing EOT cranes of capacity above 2 Ton including rubbing of existing surfaces two coats of enameled systhetic paint as per existing pattern with alphabet number not less tha 10 mm in different location with complete AOR of GE (AF) udhampur complete all as specified and directed Note : Cost of T&P like ledder, safety belt & other Eqpt required at site shall be include in the unit rate.

M& L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick as earth electrode burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less then 3 mtr below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less then 2.25 mtr below the ground level connected to GI earth strip 20 mm x 3mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of copper thimbles nuts bolts washers including jointing of earth electrode and earth wire by means of welding all as directed including provided earth wire protection pipe GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia from earth plate to main switch board / panel, watering pipe medium grade 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top earth pit and cover made up of PCC pit in PCC 1:2:3 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No - 3 of SSR 2009 part -I including earth work in any type of soil removal of surplus soil and providing charcoal dust and salt layers all round the earth plate upto 15cm and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Note: (i) 1.5 CUM of soil will be provided by the contractor from outsourcing other then AF Station Udhampur for refilling the remains portion of earth pit for increasing soil resistance. (ii) GI pipe of 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr length and GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & Fixing in repair copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing , 20x3mm copper strip all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair aluminium earth continuity conductor for existing aluminium earthing fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing , 20x3mm aluminium strip all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Sup & Fixing in repair MS tubes, 'light grade' 25 mm bore galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Sup & Fixing metalic/ss Hose / flexible pipe for fixing on wall for cable rooting and 25mm dia ISI Marked as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Dismantling / taking out and serviceing of Centrifugal/Mono Block pump set - 3 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 V AC from pump house at any location / Yard transporting to contractor's work shop, dismantling for carrying out necessary repais / renewal of parts of pump and depositing the same after repair, reassembling complete to site all as directed. Note:- (i) New spares/parts shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate items listed here-in-after. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed included of transporting, overhauling complete.

M & L for dismantling/cutting out the of (3 hp motor) existing burnt winding of the motor and re-winding with same size, waited of copper wire, same gause, as existing including all types of works, varnishing, drying and making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. All as per Item Sl No .

M&L for carrying out Load Testing of EOT crane of capacity 2 TON from OEM to provebthe satisfactory operation of electrical controls motors gears boxes protective device system interlocks mechanical componeants like wire rope weld sections of the crane in all Motions (LT /CT Hoist in high full load and testing of crane in over load at 125% and deflection test all as per IS:3177 of 1977 of any accredited agency as approved by GE (AF) Udhampur, duly certified including all consumables complete to be carried out by the OEM all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Necessary pre calibrated certified loads(50 Kg pieces for higher alttitude) with load cell digital/ analogue type and Hydraulic mobile crane at site required for carrying load test shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted under this item is inclusive. (ii) Contractor has to arrange necessary tarpaulin/plywood to unload weights on the floor and ensure that the electrostatic floor/floor surfaces is not scratched/damaged during testing. (iii) Contractor shall submit two sets of original load test record alongwith certificates to Department as certified by OEM. (iv) Transportation of load inside of the building shall be done by contractor.

M&L in replacement for panel wiring of EOT cranes capacity up to 2.00 Ton complete including replacement of unserviceable items as per exinting make & size including checking of electric circuits of any EOT crane & locating the fault, rectifying the same and replacing the unserviceable parts if required and ensuring functionality of EOT cranes. Note : Defective/unserviceable parts to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items all as specified and directed. NOTE : Materials are paid separately is as Under ser No 31.01 to 31.03

Supply only 4 core, 2.50 Sqmm size flexible copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and sheathed, 1100 volts grade multi stranded suitable for control wiring of control panel for EOT crane complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 4 core, 4.00 Sqmm size flexible copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and sheathed, 1100 volts grade multi stranded suitable for box girder between control panel to all motors for EOT crane complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.
