M&L for Cleaning of RCC under ground water Sump of capacity upto 50,000 gallons by wire brushing and bleaching the internal surface of sump with Bleaching powder, including removing all scales dust , pit dirt and mud, removing the sediments using pump to outside of defence land and carryout two coats of cement base paint on external exposed concrete/ plastered surface of under ground sump and endorsing date of cleaning on the outer wall of under ground sump with synthetic enamel paint with words not less than 50mm height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning of RCC water tanks by dewatering the complete tank, removing the sediments settled at the bottom of tank, scraping the walls and bottom of tank with wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder solution, washing with clear water and applying one coat of white wash both internally and externally and writing the date of cleaning, due date of cleaning and capacity of tank in paint (white letters on black back ground) including removing of any vegetation growth on and around the tank complete all as specified and directed for Overhead reservoir of capacity 25,000 litres with 2m staging.

Material & Labour for cleaning of rotational moulded PVC water storage service tanks of 5000 litres capacity on buildings by dewatering complete tank, removing sediments settled at the bottom of tank and scraping the walls and bottom of tank and cleaning with bleaching powder solution, washing with clear water and writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white paint complete all as directed.
