Operation & maintenance of E & M installation, filtration plant etc. installed at swimming pool, in two shifts in all days in a week including saturdays, Sundays & holidays by providing the skilled & unskilled man power, tools & tackles and attending the break-down, routine and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications, terms & conditions enclosed. The provision of one gents and one ladies life guard are also to be provided on 06working days in a week i/c Saturday & Sunday during the uses timing of swimming pool.

Supply of the following spares (if required) for filtration plant pumps & starters etc. at site i/c packing and forwarding etc.;

Supply of the following chemicals / materials for maintenance of swimming pool at site as required i/c packing & forwarding etc.;

TCCA ( Tri Chiaro ISO Scynuric Acid ) with 90% Chlorine content

Sodium Hypo Chloride NaOCI with 10% chlorine content at site

Bleaching Powder

Cleaning of swimming pool by providing required skilled/unskilled manpower with cleaning materials etc. complete as required

SITC of 10 Hp (100x100 ) mono block motor-pump including foundation, rubber pads suitable for 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply and dismantling the existing motor pump set complete etc. as required.

Supply and refilling of Number of 20 silica sand with a particle size of 0.45mm - 0.55mm in the existing M.S. reinforced water filter tank of swimming pool including cleaning of filter tank, removing of Old silica sand, cutting and welding of opening and painting etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 6 inch Check Valve in the existing line of balancing tank of swimming complete as required

Supply of 2 inch corrugated UPVC pipe flexible pipe for suction line for super sweaper etc complete as required

Supply and fixing of 3 phase automatic star delta pump starter in sheet enclosure suitable for three phase 12.5 HP motor working on 3 phase 415 V 50 Hz AC supply complete as requierd.

Supply and fixing of 100 Amps TPN change over switch in sheet enclosure suitable for 3 phase 415 V 50 Hz AC supply complete as requierd.

Supply of digital weighing scale of capacity 5 kg with LCD display, Pan etc complete as required

Painting with synthetic eanamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given the even shad. (One or more coat on old work)

Execution of electrical items on requirement basis covered under CPWD Schedule of Rates (Electrical) 2018 -(both internal and external) (Note Total amount of this item is Rs 60000/-, It is percentage based item. For example if firm want to put as per DSR rate then quote 1.0 , if firm want 10 % above then put 1.1, if firm want quote 10 % below then put 0.9) GST amount will be paid separately on DSR items.
