Complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour including applying 1mm thick JK Birla wall care putty for making the surface even and smooth and filling the uneven and small holes and making the edges of plaster properly by plaster of paris preparatory to distempering including preparation of surface by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing surface treatment from the old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of exterior primer including scaffolding up to 15m height , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including filling of holes, cracks and undulating surface with cement wall care putty making surface even and smooth and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion paint (OBD), complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old plastered / unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke roots. moulds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of exterior primer, including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting, on plastered surface preparatory to distempering , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including scaffolding upto 12m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised Aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling, and including hangers 6mm dia G.I. ( Upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete and including supply and fixing 12mm thick perforated particle board for insulation and accoustics purposes , 60 cmx 60 cm size as per manufacturers instructions and jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges other board any other joints with recommended jointing compound over jointing tapes including taking down existing ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tile 450x 300 x 06-7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as wall, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in Skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismantling / taking down items) worth Rs 7,550.00 during AOC. (Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule)
