Snow Cat 22 Preet 90 HP

Providing and fitting of Clutch unit assembly including clutch bearings 6010 & 6013 and counter shaft bearing 6038 to the Snow CAT 23 Preet 90 Hp The job includes dismantling of blade assembly, engine unit, wirings, hydraulic hoses and other items. Then assemble the machine again after replacement of clutch unit and testing thereof. All tools and tackles necessary for repairs to be provided by the firm.

S/C 30, S/C 29 & M/C 70

S/C 30 & S/C 29 : - Repairing of Hydraulic jack by way of dismantling the hyd. Jack assy. then straightening of the hydraulic jack piston on machine press and changing of piston seals then assembling the hyd. Jack assy back and mounting on the machine

S/C 30 & S/C 29 : - Repairnig of the V-Blade assembly by way of shifting the upper mounting bracket of hyd. Jack by 5 inches and welding of ISMC 100 L-8'' for support of jack mounting brackets. The job includes gas cutting, welding and finishing works.

S/C 30, S/C 29 M/C 70 : - Providing and fitting of fog light assy. H4 12V

S/C 30 :- Providing and fitting of T-Horn Set

S/C 29 :- Providing and fitting Hydraulic Pipe ( Pressure ≥ 4800 PSI) Inner Ф = 8 mm, Length = 12 feet along with collar joints.

Unimog 400

Unimog 400 :- Providing and fitting of 28'' wiper blade set

Unimog 400 :- Providing and fitting 24V siren

Repair of hyd. Hose by way of gas welding of end joint nipple

Snow Cat 90 HP Sonalika

Repair of alternator by way of dismantling the alternator from machine and then soldering of the broken joints of rectifier plate connections and the assembling back the alternator on the machince. All leads and lifts are in the scope of the executing firm.

Providing and fitting of return fuel pipe 13' long suitable for extreme winter conditions.

Hydra

Repair to the RHS front brake drum by way of removing the right wheel and brake drum from the machine. Then shifting the brake drum to machine shop for turning. Then assembling the brake drum and wheels back on the machine.

Snow Cat 28 Farmtrac

Repair to the V-blade assy. by way of dismantling the blade assy. From the machine then cutting of the rear horizontal support brackets 02 no's of the blade by way of gas cutting and shifting it inwards towards the nose of the blade by 8'' and replacing the vertical support channels 02 no's by ISMC 100 L-1000mm 02 no's by way of cutting and welding. the job also includes provinding and welding of 04 no's gusset plates of size 250 x160mm between the vertical and horizontal support brackets.
