Repair and renovation of School at Kusunpur in ward No- 6

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment including watering, curing conveyance of all materials to work site, payment of royalty, taxes, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and making 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size crusher broken granite chips, including cost of conveyance, sundries, watering for curing, racking out joints, rounding of comers, scaffolding contractor profit & labour cess etc, all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and finishing surface of walls with cement based wass putty(Water Based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive paiting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes & labour cess etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing two coat of Weather Coats with any approved shades including cost of conveyance, taxes of, brushes, sundries, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and Providing Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not Less than 75kg/cm³ with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in Cement mortar in Cement Mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for hours in water before use including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, the work including cost of conveyance & royalty,sundries & watering for curing & supervision charges, contractor profit & labour cess etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and making 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) for brick work including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes, contractor profit & labour cess as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and making 2.5 cm artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size crusher broken granites chips. including cost of conveyance & royalty, sundries & watering for curing & supervision charges contractor profit & labour cess etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, T&P and painting two coat with any approved Enamel Paint on new/old wood work including cost of Sundries, brushes, soap, &putty etc including preparation of Surface,contractor profit & labour cess all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing Restoration of Electrification & Ph, School Door Window (to be paid as per actual voucher).
