Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and commissioning of RCC Sludge tank of approved pattern i/c supply & installation of non-clog submersible sludge pumps with necessary component, internal fittings i/c D.I. 150mm dia. with necessary specials, fitting & Electrical work complete etc. with motor (1 working and 1 standby), etc. complete at Mayang Imphal (I.B.)(WTP).

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and commissioning of RCC Rapid Sand filter- 2nos. (3.50mx3.50m) having plinth area of (10.00mx12.00m) at a filtration rate of 80 lts/m2/hr with suitable inlet side gullet, underdrainage system, collection chamber for clear water and backwash tank i/c maintenance room and office room and walkway with railing along with pipe fitting i/c D.I. 300mm & 150mm dia. Of different sizes pipe with necessary specials and back wash out system with necessary inspection chamber including necessary internal fitting, PVC nozzles, blowers, etc. complete including supplying and installation of electrical and mechanical component such as Air Blowers, clear water pump, feeder pump, valve, MCC panel, electric cables, etc. complete at Mayang Imphal (I.B.)(WTP) and providing and laying of deficit suitable filter media etc. as per following norm i) Gravel a) The size of gravel varies from 50 mm at the bottom and 2 to 5 mm at the top. Supplying, Transportation, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA Copper Wound Transformer i/c erection & stringing of necessary HT & LT line for power supply having capacity enough to operate the pumping machineries at intake pump house Station, including internal and external lighting, testing etc. with all test reports. The Transformer shall be designed and manufactured as per Energy Efficiency Level - 2 at basic Insulation level conforming to ISS 2026 (Part- I to Part - II) with latest amended and as per IS 1180 Part-I : 2014 latest amended, OCTC with initial filling of oil as per IS 335-1993.

(50 m) including trench excavation , lowering, laying, jointing, testing of pipes, refilling of trench , gate valves with chambers etc. and road restoration of excavated trenches complete as per S.S and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and delivery of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump sets having Individual discharge of against total driving head pipe arrangement pipes, valves, dismantling joints, gates accessories and cost of jointing materials, etc. complete as per detailed specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (For Mayang Imphal Khuman Ningthou WTP) A) Provide 2 Nos. of 27 H.P- 20KW pumpsets (1 working and 1 standby) having combined discharge of 50 LPS each against a head of 28m while 1 pumpset are running in parallel (with 100% standby) @ Mayang Imphal (I.B.) Intake

Design, Drawing and Construction of G.I. Netting wire fencing for Mayang Imphal Khuman Ningthou WTP (280 Rm) with 1.8 meters high GI barbed wire fencing with RCC footing upto plinth level and G.I. posts 50mm x 50mm x 6mm placed every 3 meters center to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 meter below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 12 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc. complete with RCC Gate post and MS steel gate of 2 shutter of length 1.80m and height 1.80m with necessary mechanical fittings complete.

Supply, Laying and jointing of Distribution Main with DI K9 pipe 100 mm dia. to 300 mm dia. (7886 Rm) and relaying of pipes (3160 Rm) for Mayang Imphal Municipal area from (Ward no. 1 to 13) including trench excavation, lowering, laying, jointing, testing of pipes, refilling of trench, gate valves with masonry chambers, anchor blocks, necessary specials (Sluice valve, bends, coupling, etc.) etc. and road restoration of excavated trenches complete as per S.S and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc.

Operation and Maintenance of the Scheme for a period of 5 years after commission of the project on turnkey basis: Operation and Maintenance of all infrastructures created under the work, including pumping machinery, transformers, HT/LT lines, civil structures, reservoirs, treatment units, distribution and feeder mains, electrical and mechanical installations, valves, specials, instruments and accessories, for a period of 5 (five) years after commissioning of the project, on turnkey basis, complete including deployment of required manpower, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, supply of consumables, chemicals, lubricants, record keeping, submission of O&M reports, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department and other statutory authorities for uninterrupted operation and compliance, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
