Material and labour for painting on steel and iron surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour scheme or pattern after preperation of old painted surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & pouring Compressor Oil in air blower at STPs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Castrol or equivalent.

Labour for dismantling, disconnecting the Air Blower including disconnecting from channel frame and electrical panel for repair of Gear Box, refitting of gear box after toping up oiling, greasing, alingment of pump set and re-fixing/ assembling testing to make it functional complete including cleaning of all dirt, dust and including transportation to civil workshop for repair work and back to working site etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be measured and paid as under:-

(a) Renewal of Pulley V Belt SPB-1800

(b) Roller bearing 3213A

(c) Asbestos graphite packing (stuffing box)

(d) Set of Gasket

(e) Gear set

(f) Oil seal

Disconnecting electric comnnections from LT control pannel and starter of Non clogging submersible pump set at any size 7.5 HP to 10 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking out sub pump set alongwith, column pipe from Sewage sump with the help of chainpully including transportion to wksp for repair including Renewal of rusted nuts bolts. rubber gasket complete and re-assembling /refitting at work site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be measured and paid as under:-

Labour for dismantling, disconnecting the centrifugal pump set of capacity 7.5 HP from foundation and fixing after repairing rewinding and assembling the pump set including insulating material of any size ,testing complete all as specified and directed including transportation to workshop and back after repair. Note:- Worn out spares shall be measured and paid as under:-

M & L for strip opening of 3 phase, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz of capacity 2 HP Induction Motor ,taking out burnt winding coil complete and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as of existing size/ gauge including providing insulating material, varnishing and Renewal of worn out parts like bearing , bushing, sleeves etc and re-assembling/refixing the motor as per the initial arrangement including making all connections complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Transportion to civil work shop and back to site shall be deemed to include in quoted rates.

S & F in Renewal post top garden light 45 Watts, 230 volts, 50 Hz with IP 65 protection made out of polycarbonate, suitable for 45 Watts LED, all accessories and prewired complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat Ref - LPTOI-45-CDL, Wipro Cat Ref LP02-501-XXX-57-XX or equivalant to Havells.

Material and labour for Renewal of existing unsv street light fittings with LED street light fitting 60 Watts, IP 66, having pressure die cast alumn alloy housing with heat resistant toughned glass with individual LED lenses and Driver shall be IP-67 for water protection, including surge protection device 5 KV including making connections with PVC insulated and sheathed three core multi stranded alumn conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. M & L in Renewal of existing unsv MCCB 250 Amps current carrying capacity 36 KA , AC 415 Volts four pole with magnetic/ thermal fixed setting complete all as specified and directed. Make L&T / Legrand/ABB.

Supply and installation of flanged ends Water Meter woltman type, Class 'B' of following sizes including testing and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts etc ISI Marked fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, including taking out unserviceable water meter complete all as specified and directed.
