Construction of community shed at ward No.14

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift icluding rough dressing and bracking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with clean coarse river sand including watering & ramming depth with all lead labour T&P charges etc.required (only consolidated volume shall be taken for payment) including supplying of all materials, labour & T&P with cost, conveyance, royalty, texes etc all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

C.C (1:4:8) using 4cm size hard granite (Hand Broken) metal including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc., complete.

Brick work Fly Ash Brick in C.M (1:6) in Foundation including cost, conveyance and royalty and watering for curing etc complete.

Brick work Fly Ash Brick in C.M (1:6) in Superstructure including cost, conveyance and royalty and watering for curing etc complete.

CC work of M20 Grade with 20 mm sizeand down graded black hard granite chips including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P etc. complete

Rigid and Smooth cantering & shutting for R.C.C. Work including false work Dismantling then after casting etc. all complete. A) Foundation and Plinth bend

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

12 mm. thick C.P (1:6) with all cost, conveyance and royalty etc. all complete.

16 mm. thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick or stone masonry. per 1 Sqm

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrifed tile In floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS : 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand ) and filling joints with white cement of approved qualiy including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Fixing Granite tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1(1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles etc. all complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm C* 0.90mtr. C!C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Priming 1 coat with any appproved Primer (wood) including cost of primer etc. complete

Finishing walls with Weather Coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade inculding cost of paint. Per 1 Sqm.(See Page no-98,Item no 18 of AoR-06)

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of paint (For 10 Sqm.)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing Mild Steel tubular posts and Trusses and base plates made out of ERW tubes, Grade YST 210 conforming to ISS no.1161/79 (3rd Revision) duly painted with red oxide primer etc. complete.

Supplying fitting & fixing of Precoated Galvanized iron Profile sheet semi gloss of 1000mm width & total coated thickness 0.50mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys, wind ties etc. complete including cost of sheet & all fitting (per 1 Sq. Mtr.)

Supply of Aluminium coloured Ridge for fixing at middle of roofing etc complete.
