Supplying and laying of ready mix for M25 grade of concrete having characteristic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 -2000 using ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content 300 Kg/ Cum confirming to IS 8112 Coarse aggregate having a specific gravity 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 (2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high work ability as per IS 12269 -1987 92004 ). The inital & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 º C.The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 ( Usual admixture - Air entraining and water reducing ). Including the cost of the hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations and levels as specified by the Engineer in charge laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456-2000, 4031- ( part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 (2005 ) & (part 2 ) / 1999 (2004 ) and 516/1959(2004), 4926 -1976 (1990), mix design details to be got approved before commemcement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK Cards. Supplying and placing in position of plain Cement Concrete blocks of size 1.50x1.50x0.90m of M15 grade concrete using hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 20 mm mixing with mixer machine and laying in rows including dewatering wherever necessary, compacting, cosolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering,curing including the cost of erecting and centering including necessary support for plain surface for concrete block of size 1.50 m x 1.50 m x 0.90 m using MS sheets of size 1.50 m x 0.90 m of 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of size ISS 25mmx25mmx3mm supported by MS flats of size 25 mm x 3 mm, conveynace to site with all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

De- watering using diesel engine pump set having capacity 7.50 HP including cost of hire charges, cost of diesel, cost of engine oil , pump operator, labour charges conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of size 1.50m height x 1.80m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel Plate and horizontally stiffened with 100mm x 50 mm mild Steel Channel (ISMB) at 150 at an Interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50 mm same section at an interval not more than 0.60 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading and unloading and leading the shutter to the vent.Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments, Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment.The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorossive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer . The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 100 x 100 x 10 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40 x 40 x 6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos. on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Heavy duty (approximate 120Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hoxigonal nut made up of gunmetal threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearing for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments conveyance charges for labour and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made out of 200 x 100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round rod duly granded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.20 x 0.30m 2nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil work, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc complete.

Providing and placing weep holes for retaining walls using with 75mm dia PVC pipe heavy duty ( PVC Finolex ) 6 kg / cm2 including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 300 mm wide PVC expansion joint in the 20 mm expansion gap provided between decks over piers and in beween deck and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint, sealant etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing PVC Water Stopper heavy duty of 300 mm width as per IS 15068/2001, including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rough stone dry packing for apron and revetment using new stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new stone wedges for filling the gaps etc, incuding stacking the same for premeasurement complete complying with Standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Gravel backing for revetment in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including stacking for premeasurement, watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the rough stones, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
