Repairing and servicing (Oiling and greasing) of gang operated switch 11KV vertical/Horizontal mounted and replacement of U/S spare parts as required for smooth functioning of AB switch, testing for its proper operation, all as directed at site. Note :-(a) Oil and grease included in quoted rate. (b) Supply of spares shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only following items for 11KV gang operated air break switch :- (a) Male Contact/moving contact Blade heavy duty high conductive metal cap 200/400 amp 11 KV

(b) Female Contact/Fix contact Jaw heavy duty high conductive metal cap 200/400 amp 11 KV

(c) Tinned copper flexible jumper 200/400 Amps

(d) Post insulator for 11 KV

Supply & fix in repair gang operated air break switches, triple pole, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level horizontal type for rating upto 400 Amps, 11000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty including Dismantling of existing defective HT 11 KV Gang operated air break switch complete all as directed

Supply & Fix in repair drop out fuse assembly complete set of three with Insulator-06 Nos and connected accessories for 11000 V grade of 400 Amps capacity including taking down U/S DO fuse assmbly.

Supply & fix in repair lightening arrestor, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp with all connecting lead and fittings, horn gap and chocking soil suitable for maximum working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing U/S lightening arrestor complete all as directed

Supply & Fix in repair cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts , washers, welding, bending ( cold or hot ) drilling holes for bolts bent to any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive two coat of alumunium paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc chromate primer including Taking down coss arms/ clamps/Nut bolts and Angle section etc from HT Pole any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT,25x 20 cm size in repair

Supply & Fix in repair HT jumper existing single pole/two pole/four pole structure of transformer/over head line etc including colour code, PVC sleeves for 11 KV using winding of ACSR conductor (weasel) 11000 volts, including PG calmps, nut bolts, thimbles and washer etc including taking down Old unservicable jumper as requirement as per sitre as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting HT Two pole structure of PCC pole any type/size by providing yellow and black paint with 30 cms alternate strip upto 1.2 m height from ground level including writing of pole number in synthetic enamel paint including painting to cross arm, clamps, channels etc with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of surface all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for painting HT Four Pole structure of PCC pole any type/size by providing yellow and black paint with 30 cms alternate strip upto 1.2 m height from ground level including writing of pole number in synthetic enamel paint including painting to cross arm, clamps, channels etc with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of surface all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Surface dressing n.exc15 cm deep in soft/loose soil rough excavating of un even surfaces and filled up in low patches with scraped soil to give even and neat look surfaces by removing all vegetation hedges shrubs at various pump houses/sub stations all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete in repair as per electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6.0mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less thanb 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and wathers of GI or steel . Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The unit rate quoted for earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Irrespective of what is shown in drawings, the concrete pit shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with suitable handle. (b) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth lead /strip including earth lead upto 7.5 Mtr.

Supply, laying in treches/ducts connecting, jointing and testing for cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beddedsgalvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with multistranded aluminium conductor suitable for 11 KV grade of size 120 Sq mm X 3 core including taking down Old unservicable HT cable all as specified and directed.

Suppy,laying in treches/ducts connecting, jointing and testing for cable XLPE insulated screend PVC beddedsgalvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with multistranded aluminium conductor suitable for 11 KV grade of size 95 Sq mm X 3 core including taking down Old unservicable HT cable all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5Mtr width n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly and getting cut in hard/dense type of soil.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M/L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS as per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection and complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type soil

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a levelnot exc 1.5 Mtr abovethe starting point.

Boring of holes under road,pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M/L for GI pipe light grade for protection of HT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including clamps complete of size 80 mm bore in repair

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable jointing kit any type/size and straight through joints any type/size all as directed

Supply & errecting Cable path indicators for HT Cable made of CI plate fixed on MS angle iron size 40x40x5mm and 90 Cm long. and fixing in ground 60 Cm below ground level in PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 using 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 45x45x60cm . Cable path indicators shall be provided at distance of every 30 meters and at cable joints and turning of all cables and incorporated HT 11000 Volts on it. Quoted rates inclusive of PCC & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Findout the location for faulty HT cable of any size by using HT cable fault locator for jointing the straight through termination complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates (ii) straight through termination required for replacement, shall be measured and paid under the relevant item. (iii) The contractor should rectify the defects within 24 hours from the time of information. If contractor failed to rectify the defects within 24 hours, then the recovery will be made against the contractor @ Rs.4000/- per day for delay period

Supply, filling & topping up by pouring the transformer oil to the existing transformer upto appropriate level (dielectric strength of the oil to be tested at site in presence of Engineer -in-Charge without any extra cost to the Govt and recorded the same)

M&L for dehydaration/filteration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength not less than 50 KV , including testing of dielectric strength before and after dehydration at site. (Note : The contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine & testing kit without any cost to the Deptt. Test report to be submitted after completion of job).

Labour charges for repair to the transformer 63 KVA to 400 KVA at site by opening the top cover for carrying out repair such as replacement of HT side busing with rods, LT side bushing and rods, gasket, tap changer etc and reassembling after carrying out required repair in the transformer complete including testing and commissioning all as dierected by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i).Replacement of U/S parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch `A` (ii). Labour charge for Replacement of u/s parts are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for disconnecting, lifting, loading and transportation of unserviceable transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/433 Volts of capacity 63 KVA to 400 KVA from site to workshop for repair/rewinding and repair to the transformer by dismantling the top cover and removing unserviceable burnt LT/HT side coil from the core, rewinding the LT and HT side core complete with same size of copper wire in HT side and copper strip from LT side with suitable insulating materials, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket set etc, heating the new transformer winding in special heat chamber for demoisturising of LT/HT coil, connecting the LT/HT coils, filling the fresh transformer oil, re-assembling the transformer, transporting/shifting back the transformer at site after repairs, re-commissioning & testing, including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved paint after preparation of all external surfaces of transformer, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Placing/ removing standby of transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair will be the responsibility of the contractor, standby transformer will be provided by the department (ii) The quoted rates shall deemed to include for the transportation, T&P, Labours from site to workshop and workshop to back at site after repairs, cost of gasket set, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. (iii) Old oil shall be collected by the contractor or refilling otherwise for credit (iv) All other spares such as tap changer, copper wire & copper strip for rewinding, HT/LT side bushing, transformer oil & air breather assembly with silica gel shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply only of following items:- (a) HT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable upto 100 KVA. Transformer.

(b) HT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable for 125 to 400 KVA. Transformer.

(c) LT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable upto 100 KVA. Transformer.

(d) LT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable for 125 to 400 KVA. Transformer.

(e) Complete gasket set suitable for 63 KVA to 400 KVA transformer

(f) Copper winding wire / Copper strip of required size.

Supply & Fix Silica gel breather of suitable size with new silica gel breather

M&L for spreading in layers only Graded coarse aggregate 40mm Nominal size

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian ) not exceeding 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality (Ist quality “Ashian “) with thick painting so that they stand out boldly and solidly without sign of brush mark, if necessary they shall be repainted until the desired results obtained and painting surface of any description over 10cm girth or width all as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per details as under :- i) Earth result sign board / SM/MES No.

Painting of existing transformer of 63 KVA to 200 KVA capacity applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour by spray paintring complete including preparation of old surfaces, removing,cleaning of oil, grease all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following:- Note :- MES No. and SM No. on equipment with type and colour of paint all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Painting of existing transformer of 250 KVA to 400 KVA capacity applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour by spray painting complete including preparation of old surfaces, removing,cleaning of oil, grease all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following:- Note :- MES No. and SM No. on equipment with type and colour of paint all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.
