PART- 'A' : RUB Boxes with Splayed Wing Wall(Railway Portion)

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clause 304.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary soil.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & MoRTH specification Clause 304.3.7 & 2204.6 Granular material

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MoRTH specifications Clause 1702, 1703, 2102 & 2104 RCC M-25. For RCC Slab Below U Type Splayed Wing wall For 5 m tr Horizontal portion (5.30+8.30)/2=6.80

Casting, Supplying and transporting up to the bridge site within 50m, pre cast RCC Boxes, base slabs , Ballast retainer, bed block etc of Reinforced concrete in M-35 design mix etc as per approved drawings & Specification with contractor own labour, materials, equipments such as sand, cement, water, 6 mm to 20 mm well graded machine crushed stone aggregate, plasticizers required if any including machine mixing of all gradients, placing, mechanical vibrating, curing etc and providing, erecting, and dismantling of staging, shuttering, centering formwork and providing AC/PVC pipes of approved size for weep holes/drain pipes at spacing as decided by the engineer in charge and handling with all lead, lift, depth ascent, descent, octroi, royalty and other taxes etc including, crossing of track, nallah / streams or any other obstructions etc complete as per instruction of engineer in charge. Note- (i) The payment of steel used will be made separately under relevant BSR item (ii) The rates of item includes the cost of mixed design also. (iii) The rate of item includees the cost of cement also.

Supplying, fitting, and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clauses 1009,1600 and 2302

Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel bars, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per specification, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 37.5 mm, to achieve gradation for PQC as per Morth and other relevant specifications, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design to achieve 28 days flexural strength of concrete more than 3.8 MPa (M-30 Grade), transported to site, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion joints near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for minimum 14-days, using curing compound (if required) or water with spreading and removing of sand or gunny bags as required to keep the surface continuously wet, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Specification including vaccum dewatering process (if required) with all required equipments complete as per IRC: SP-62 (Latest revision)

Placement of precast RCC segmental Box with the help of road crane at desired location carefully by lifting and packing method , during traffic and power block with all contactor labour tools and materials crane, machinery, preparation of surface as directly by Engineer, including filling of joints by epoxy mortar & laying of required sand including cost of epoxy and sand, including all material and labour tools, plants machinery etc with all lead and lift.
