Providing and laying of chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Light shade pigment using white cement (HSR 10.30.1)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete (HSR 10.63.2) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.100.2)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.3)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)(HSR 11.6.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (HSR 11.25.1)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (HSR 11.58)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer (HSR 11.64.1)

Wall painting on a cement plaster surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work (HSR 11.71.1)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes (HSR 13.30.1) Note:- 1. In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR/DSR Items of Civil, P.H., & E.I. work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2. Only reputed make material will be used (make/brand exhibited in HSR/DSR and exhibited in approved standard document) as approved by Engineer-in-charge, while executing various items/works at site.
