Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry wall /boulders built in cement mortar of any description and any in position all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab of any description laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar.all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortor 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortor 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregte 25 mm thick, laid in drain, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick walls in cement mortor 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in drain cover slab including necessary form work moulds etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition and breaking up reinforced concrete drain pipes 450 mm dia, set in cement mortar including concrete bedding and haunching all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 450 mm dia with plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

S&F 450 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates , etc including necessary form work, all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping 25mm thick on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 with broken glass 63mm gauge embedded at the rate of 10kg of glass per square metre complete all as specified and dierected

Dismantling RCC fencing posts or struts of any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, of any size and any type all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel for Joist, channel, angle,MS flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. cut to ordinary lengths as in fencing posts complete etc as in chain link fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc for securing wire mesh etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 11mm to 15 mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering for doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing with galvanised 3mm to 4 mm dia wire, size of mesh 50mm x 50 mm, made up to mattress or cages, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings andstraining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings andstraining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, all as specified and directed. NOTE :Each line of wire shall be measured

M&L for welding in repairs exceeding 6 mm and not exceeding 9 mm in thickness of mild steel member description, length of welding not exceeding 2.5 cm in length fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exceeding 6 mm and not exceeding 9 mm in thickness of mild steel member description, length of welding exceeding 2.5 cm and not exceeding 5cm in length fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregte, 40 mm thick, laid in floors and finished floors, even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, Type D1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick, as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing precast cement concrete in kerb stones in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded aggregate), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed

M/L sand filling under paver blocks including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed

M/L rubber mould machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed

S&F for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors Pattern, size and shade pointed with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thk for laying floor finish in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for seiving of sand, removing over grained particles and mixing with Saw dust in equal proportion(1:1) and filling in embankment including raising (or lowering), consolidating to proper slope in firing range bunds including excavating and removing if required all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 600mm dia concertina coil fixed to the existing mild steel post over the boundray wall of height 3m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing unserviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for joint free Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles 6-7mm thick square/ rectangular) of size 300 X 200mm in vertical surfaces such as skirtings,dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles icomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20mm thick 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado or in vertical surfaces laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing completee complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 55 above but fixed in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar

S&F multi rib TMT profile high tensile, colour coated galvalume steel sheets 0.47 mm thick as in roof covering or vertical surface having maximum pitch of 250mm centre to centre and minimum 28mm crest depth in length, as per site requirement fixed with self drilling/self taping screws, EDPM seal end lap 100mm and side lap one corrugation complete all as per the manufactures instruction and directed

All as per item No 57 here in before but plain sheet as in ridge sheet having width 600mm

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed.
