New construction work of the connecting road from Gram Panchayat Pargahna to Kabutra Ka Dera in Jhansi district

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of sub-grade by providing borrow pit material with 2% Lime , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification 22.4-53mm including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (Slow Setting-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (V.G.-10 Gr.) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with Mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using (VG-10 Gr.) bitumen to required linre, grade and level to servre as wearing couerse on a previsouly prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling wirh a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of "Type-C" as per Technical Specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means with VG-10 Gr. grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type "C" as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from local pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Providing & Laying reinforced concrete pipe NP3 for culverte on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand). for 1000 mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5

Providing & Laying reinforced concrete pipe NP3 for culverte on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse .

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Hectometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing (As per Lucknow SOR)Caution Board 80 x60 mm rectangular with diffinitation plate (20 x 60 cm)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost (0%)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost (1% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost (1.5% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost (2% Construction Cost)
