Location and pin pointing of 33 KV and 11 KV cable fault exposing the same in the underground 33 KV and 11 KV cable including digging of trench upto the depth of the cable, cutting the faulty cable and sealing of the faulty cable, high pressure cable (cable fault locator equipment) MOUNTED ON A VEHICLE will be provided by the Department.
33 KV cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (size of trench 4 m length & 1.5 m width)
Providing jointer per 33 KV joint for filling of 33 KV straight through jointing kit.
Providing jointer per 33 KV joint for filling of 33 KV straight through jointing kit. (33 KV 3x300/400 Sq.mm. straight through jointing kit will be provided by the contractor ON EMERGENCY REQUIREMENT / NOT-AVAILABLE IN STORE).
11 KV cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (size of trench 3 m length & 1.5 m width)
Providing jointer per 11 KV joint for filling of 11 KV straight through jointing kit.
Providing jointer per 11 KV joint for filling of 11 KV straight through jointing kit. (11 KV 3x185/240/300 Sq.mm. straight through jointing kit will be provided by the contractor ON EMERGENCY REQUIREMENT / NOT-AVAILABLE IN STORE).
Replacement of 33 KV damaged cable (size 250 meter) (cable shall be provided by the department). Laying of cable in trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil as per site requirement.
Replacement of 11 KV damaged cable (size 500 meter) (cable shall be provided by the department). Laying of cable in trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil as per site requirement.
Annual maintenance contract for repair, maintenance and changing of parts in Departmental Cable Fault Loctor Machine above S.No. 1.00.
