Providing and laying dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors incld. all leads, lifts and all carriages upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 mix (1 Cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all leads, lists and all carriages. Upto site of work complete

Providing and laying of reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto floor V-level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone agg.20mm normal size) using crushed agg. Including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Centering and shuttering incl. strutting, propping etc. and removal of the same including foundation and plinth

Reinforcement for RCC work using TMT bars including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position & binding all complete

Providing and laying of cement concrete in 1:2:4 mix with 20mm N/S aggerate excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage up to the site of work complete.

A) Supply and filling in plinth with GSB filling under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

B) Filling available after excavated earth (excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc in layers exceeding 20cm in depth consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50mtr to lift upto 1.5 mtr complete

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor 2 level in cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement :6 fine sand) including cost of all carriages mechanically / manually complete job.

Providing and laying of cement concrete flooring 50mm thick in 1:2:4 mix including cost of curing complete job.

Applying 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 mix including curing complete job.

Providing and fixing of 75mm thick Rock wool wall panel with 0.50mm PPGI on both sides including all fixtures, angles, flats etc including cost and carriage complete.

Providing and fixing of 50mm thick Rock wool Panel water resistant fire roofing including nuts, bolts and 0.50mm thick PPGI sheets on both side etc including all material cost and carriage complete job.

Providing and fixing of verified floor tiles of approved make in all colors and size laid on 20mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 including pointing the joint in white cement complete (600x600mm)

Providing and fixing of ceramic glazed wall tiles having section 1200x1800mm of approved make/colour over 12mm thick bed of cement sand motar including grouting with white cement & matching pigment complete

Structural steel work welded in single section for trusses and frame work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including all carriage complete.

P/F of coloredCGI sheets roofing 0.63mm thick fixed with G.I hooks etc complete with Zinc coating not less than 275 g/m2 complete.

Providing and fixing of GYP ceiling as per the designs with aluminum steel frames of required section (50mm) including cornice, nuts and bolts etc including all material cost & carriage complete job.

Providing and fixing of Aluminum frames for doors /windows of designs & section as directed including providing/fixing of aluminum shutters with paneling beeding nails & Screws etc including all material, cost & Carriage complete job

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick ACP including frame work, like clades, Screws, weather boarding, Soffit and ceiling complete.

P/F of 12mm thick laminated particle board including cost of wooden Jamp work having section 1 ½ x 2” and compressor nails complete

Providing and fixing of PVC Main holes cover (300 x 300mm)

Providing and Laying of R-Concrete M-20 circular rings of 1200diax150mmx50mm and including earth work all carriages upto site of work including cement concrete circular cover complete job

Providing and fixing of English type (Anglow Indian) W.C (cera/hindware make) one piece with seat and cover complete including angle valve jet and other fixtures of standard make complete in all respects

P/f of chinaware washbasin including all necessary fitting complete (cera/ Hindware brand) or equivalent.

Providing and fixing of 15mm B class G.I pipe including cost of all necessary fitting

Wiring for the following light points &exhaust fan points with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade standard flexible wires in concealed or surface mounted 25mm dia PVC conduit including providing and fixing of 6 Amp single pole switch in modular grid plate complete as required One light controlled by 6 Amp Switch

Wiring for ceiling/wall Fan points same as above in item No 1. but controlled by electronic stepped regulator 200 watts and 6A control switch and 1.5 mm dia circular or hexagonal in 1.6mm thick MS zinc passivity sheet steel body and 12mm dia MS bar hook completes as required

Wiring for 230v ac, 5pin 6 amps socket outlets for light duty power with 230v ac 6 amps, SP switch, with 2x2.5sqmm stranded copper conductor 1100v grade wire in 25mm dia PVC conduit, with earthing of 3rd pin by 1x1.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor.

Wiring for 240 volts single phase and neutral 16 amps switched socket outlet with 2 x 4sqmm PVC insulated copper wire in concealed or surfaced mounted PVC conduit including providing and fixing of 16amp 3 pin switched socket in G.I boxes with modular grid plate and earthing the third pin of socket outlet with 1x 1.5 sqm PVC insulated copper wire complete as required

Wiring for circuits for light/fan/bells/exhaust fans/ etc with following size PVC insulated 1100v Grade multi strand copper conductor wire, in the existing conduits complete including connections all the three wires for phase, neutral and earth shall have to be taken to switch board and then distributed further. (Without Conduits) 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm + 1x1.5 Sq.mm
