Supply of C.I. housing box water tight round type metal container of outside diameter 330 mm and 200 mm height made of 10 mm thick all around except on top surface which is 15mm. thick to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and U.G. housing associated with power cable and having a clear holes at the side surface center 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 1 No. 50 mm dia. and 1 No. 15 mm. dia G.I. pipe and checknut and having earthbolt of M-10 x 40 mm SS welded inside near the hole (100 mm away from the hole center) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably taped to receive 15 mm G.I. pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm dia. at the top and 6 Nos. M-10 taped holes at hole center of 260 mm to receive fittings base plate and bolts including supply of 1 no. neoprene gaskets, 6 nos. M10, 30 mm long stainless steel bolts with washers etc. complete as required as per specifications.

Making/cutting holes in each of the existing C.I. housing box of thickness upto 10 mm ) as per site requirement and instruction of EIC. (Location - shoulder area of runway made of Bitumin for entry/ exit of HDPE pipe of 63 mm Outer Dia) etc. as required.

Laying of following dia high density polyethylene (HDPE ) pipe, complete with accessories. in the soil for GLF work upto 750 mm deep connecting both/one end to existing chamber/CC collar, including excavation ,using protective covering and back filling & making good the same as per site requirement . OD 63 mm

Laying of high density polyethylene HDPE pipe of OD 63 mm complete with accessories. in the shoulder/runway/taxiway of Concrete/bitumin surface i/c machine cutting of runway/taxiway/shoulder surface of width upto 110 mm and upto 200 mm deep, and taking the excavated material out of the area within a lead upto 2 kms and refilling & making good the same by Cement Concrete ( 1:3:6 ) as per the site requirement.

Laying of HDPE Pipe of upto 63 mm OD complete with accessories in the existing cable duct / masonary trench etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with cable for loop earthing etc. as required.

Making connection of 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed unshielded cable with dry type plug & receptacle of i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape , etc as well as checking continuty with the existing ckts etc. complete as required as per EIC

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade upto 5 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE/DWC pipes etc. as required.

Identifying and Dismantling of old cable laid in existing masonary trench/ Duct of size up to 25 Sq mm, upto 5 KV grade and returning to AAI store

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Three Phase Surge Protection Device (SPD) having 100KA 10/350 micro seconds neutral to earth, 50 KA 10/350 micro sec line to neutral, with limiting voltage less than 1.5 KV. To be installed in parrellel at the input of the UPS System & shall be of modular type including copper wire 16 sq. mm 12 mtrs for connecting surge protection device in parallel to the busbar of the main electrical panel, 63 Amp 3 phase MCB 4 pole with enclosure alongwith all accessories as required for installing SPD.
