Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, sapling and trees girth up to 300mm,removal of sumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned,up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness all labour, hire charges of all machineries., complete. (ii) By mechanical means (A) In area of light jungle.as per Direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom, & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, execpt lead for bitumen. as per Direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadm with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG -40 Grade paving bitumen as per clause 500.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth whelled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respect including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lea of mixed material upto 1 Km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat 50mm compacted thickness. Ref. to MoRT&H Specification 505 as per Direction of Engineer in charge.

Grading -II as per Direction of Engineer in charge.
Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation) as per Direction of Engineer in charge.
Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectiorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes,including, barricading , traffic diversion as per IRC- 3, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegnmatter, demarcation at site, traffuc control, cost of all materials all labour lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.Ref. to MoRT&H Specification 507(2.5mm thick) as per Direction of Engineer in charge.
Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete as per Direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing of retro-reflectarised cautionary ,mandatoryand informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of class B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs) ,3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67,as per clauses including curing cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts,loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.90 cm equilateral traingle as per Direction of Engineer in charge.
