Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning KIOSK outdoor type LT feeder pillar box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 500 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Copper bus bar for distribution system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

The extended bars from switch gears to cable alley (for terminating the LT UG aluminium cables) shall be made of aluminium bars having suitable cross sectional area but not less than 1.5 times current carrying capacity of individual switch gears, they shall be duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves, 2 Nos earthing terminating points shall be provided in the side wall as per standard practice
