DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 1980mm long,900mm wide and 660mm high. DESCRIPTION: The head board and foot board shall have two verticle members of teak wood constituting legs up to 400mm high and above that the part of head and foot board. The legs shall be of 60mmx60mm in sec at 400mm from bottom of legs and 30mm30mm in sec at bottom of legs shallbe teak wood. The head board shall project 260mm above long rails. The head board shall have 22mmx75mm in sec soft wood battens, three in numbers, equally spaced and joining top and bottom horizontal rails of head board. The teak ply sizeshall be 780mmx 340mm fixed on both sides of head board covering soft wood battons. The foot board shall be 900mm long anf 300mm high(excluding leg portion) and shall project 100mm above horizontal long rail level. The leg shall be 60mmx60mm in sec at 400mm from bottom of legs and 30mmx 30mm in sec at bottom of legs and shall be teak wood. 12mm thick plywood BWR grd of make : green ply/ century ply/Archid ply shall be provided to form as hard bed top. 35mmx 5mm flat iron of mild steel bent to right angle shall be provided on four corners of hard bed. FINISH:All exposed wooden surface shall be 02 coats melamine polish over a coats of wood primer of make : Berger. Shade as approved by Engg-in-Charge/GE. PVC ring of best quality shall be provided for bottom of the legs.Rest all as per drgs and directed by Engg-in-Charge/GE.

Book Case open small, FD-355

DIMENSION Overall size shall be 1230mm long. 300mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION :All wood shall be of well seasoned hard wood teak . The legs shall be made to shape of well seasoned teak wood. The legs shall be 100mm high. The two long rails of 50mmx50mm in section and 1230mm long shall be provided for support of body of book case. The two long rails shall be joined with 25mmx50mm stiffeners at 150mm from each end joining the long rails. 18mm thick plywood BWR Gde of Make: century Ply/ Archid Ply/ Green Ply shall be provided at bottom, top, sides shelves and vertical partitions with laminate sheet Make: century Ply/ Archid Ply/ Kit Ply over ply; shade as approved by GE . The back shall be of 6mm thick plywood BWR Gde Make: century Ply/ Archid Ply/ Green Ply. 4mm thick teak wood edging of semi round shape shall be provided on allround the edges . FINISH: All wood and plywood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be double coated melamine polished of approved shade with high gloss finish. The places where laminated sheet exists shall remain untreated. Rest all as shown on Drg and directed by Engg-in Charge.

Chair Dining (Offrs), FD/MAP-II/04

DIMENSION :Overall size shall be 950mm high,450mm wide and 450mm deep. DESCRIPTIONThe size of the front and rear legs shall be 35x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.TW verticle strips of size 30mmx15mm; 4 in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg..75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos one in each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of Make: Kurlon/sleepwell/spring well covered with tapestry cloth of Make: D'decor/ Vivid Collection of approved shade /colour by Engg-in-Charge shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg. Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 35x50mm. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.The curved teak wood back shall be of section 30x45mm. All wood surfaces shall be two coats of melmine polished with high gloss finish of shade approved by GE. Rest all as per drg.

Side Board, FD-371

DIMENSION : Over all size shall be 1330mm(L) x 445mm(w) x760 mm(H) . DESCRIPTION :Timber shall be well seasoned wood (Teak). The top, shelves, bottom and vertical partitions made of 18 mm thick plywood BWR Gde of Make: Century Ply/ Archid Ply/ Green ply with laminate sheet of approved shade of make: century ply/ KitPly/ Archid ply . The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick plywood BWR Gde of Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century ply. The drawers shall be made functional on telescopic Channel of Make: Hettich/ Kaff/ Godrej fixed inside the drawer . Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges.Magnetic catcher of ISI marked shall be fixed at appropriate position inside the cabinet for shutter. Stainless steel knobs of Make: Hittech/ godrej/ Kaff shall be provided for all shutters and drawers. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine with approved colour / shade as directed By GE after preparation of surfaces.Rest all as shown on drawing & directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Sofa 5 Seater (1+3+1) Cushioned, FD/MAP-II/02

Timber : Well seasoned hard wood (Teak) free from dead knots. Cushion : 'U' foam shall be of 100 mm thick 40 density make of Sleepwell/ Curl on/ spring well. Tapestry : Seat and back foam shall be covered with tapestry cloth of Make: D'Decor/ Vivid collection all as per specified with shade as approved by Engg-in Charge /GE. Polish : All exposed wooden surface shall be 02 coats melamine polished over a coats of wood primer of make : Berger. Shade as approved by Engg-in-Charge/GE. PVC shoe of best quality shall be provided for bottom of the legs of sofa Rest: All as shown in Drg and directed by Engg-in Charge /GE.

Peg Table, FD-384

DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of the table shall be made of 18mm thick plywood BWR Gde of Make : Archid Ply/ Green Ply/Century ply and laminate sheet of approved shade by Engg in Charge of Make: Archid Ply with 4mm teak wood bidding of semi round shape all round the top of table. FINISH:All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine with approved colour / shade as directed after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as shown on drawing & directed by Engg-In-Charge.

DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION: All incorporated wood shall be well seasoned hard wood ( teak ). Top of the table shall be fixed made up of 18mm thick ply wood BWR grade of Make : Archid Ply/ Green Ply/Century ply and laminate sheet of Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/Century ply of approved shade by Engg- in- Charge with 4mm thick teak wood bidding of semi round shape all round the top of table. Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section . top and Bottom rail of 20mmx50mm in section shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. 25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH:All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine with approved colour / shade as directed after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as shown in drawing & directed by Engg-In-Charge.

DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1500mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of well seasoned teak wood .The top shall be made of 18 mm thick ply wood BWR Gde of Make: Century Ply/ Archid Ply/ Green ply with laminate sheet of approved shade of make: century ply/ KitPly/ Archid ply with 4mm thick teak wood beading of semi round shape alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only . Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.25mmX45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two hard wood stiffeners of size 90mm×25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints.Four teak wood brackets /corners of size 100mmx100mmx35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mmx30mmx5mm angle iron bracket. 25mm×25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table. FINISH: All exposed wooden surface shall be 02 coats melamine polished over a coats of wood primer of make : Berger. Shade as approved by Engg-in-Charge/GE. PVC shoe of best quality shall be provided for bottom of the legs.Rest all as per drgs and directed by Engg-in-Charge/GE.

PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Almirah Large Steel 1/2H X 1/2S, FD/E6/MAP/18

DIMENSION:Overall size of almirah large steel is 1900mm high, 910mm wide and 490mm deep. DESCRIPTION:The MS sheet used for making sides, front, drawers, partitions, base and shelves of the almirah shall be of 20 gauge except the back which shall be of 22 gauge. Three shelves shall be fixed at an equidistant positions as shown in drg.The locker of the almirah shall be provided with safety handle and lock. Lock shall be provided of Make: Godrej/ Harrison/Mortice. The front two doors of the almirah shall be hammer tonded as directed by Engg-in-Charge/GE; shall be fixed with 75mm long hinges; three on each side with proper rivet and welding. The shelves shall be welded to sides and back of almirah internally as shown on drg.One chromium plated rod of 20mm dia shall be fixed at 75mm below the top for hanging purpose. FINISH:All metal /iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel paint of Make : Berger/ Nerolac/ Shalimar after applying two coats of metal primer of Make Berger. The entire almirah shall be dual in Colour/ Shade as directed by Engg-in -Charge .Rest all as per drg and directed by Engg-in-Charge/GE.

Almirah Med Steel, FD-1032

DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. DESCRIPTION: The base (legs) shall be made of mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Front shutters shall have two leaves. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship HANDLE: A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. LOCKING DEVICE: The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate. Lock shal lbe provided of Make Harrison/Godrej /Mortice FINISH:All metal /iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel paint of Make : Berger/ Nerolac/ Shalimar after treated with two coats of metal primer of Make Berger. The entire almirah shall be dual in Colour/ Shade as directed by Engg-in -Charge. Rest all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Bed Plywood top without FMN Set, FD/E6 /MAP/08 ( R )

DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 500mm high(footboard side) and 800mm high (head board side). DESCRIPTION: All Steel shall be of rectangular CR pipe of 18 Gauge.The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high.The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm rectangular CR pipe.18mmx18mm rectangular CR pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg. 18 mm thick marine ply of Make: Century Ply/ Archid Ply/ Green ply covered with both side laminate sheet of approved shade of make: century ply/ KitPly/ Archid ply shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular CR pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board..25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR plywood of Make: Century Ply/ Archid Ply/ Green ply approved as per IS specified guideline fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. FINISH:All metal /iron work shall be pre treated with epoxy powder coated oven baked with synthetic enamel black .Rest all as per drg and directed by Engg-in -Charge.

Shoe Rack Steel, FD/E6/MAP/02( R)

DIMENSION: Overall size of rack will be 700 (L)X300(W)X880(H) mm. DESCRIPTION:(a) All frame except main frame shall be made of 19mm dia MS pipe having wall thickness as 18 Gauge as indicated on the drawing. Main frame shall be of 25mm dia MS pipe of wall thickness 18 gauge. Jali frame work made of MS rods 3mm dia 9 Nos at verticle and 3 Nos in horizontal welded to top MS pipe as shown on drg.(b) Finish : All steel members/surface shall be powder coated in approved color/shade as directed by Engr-in- charge. Rest all as per drawing.

Table Bed Side, FD/E6/MAP/15( R)

DESCRIPTION:The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg. The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick marine ply of Make : Century/ Green Ply/ Archid Ply with both side laminated sheet of Make : Century/ Green Ply/ Archid Plyof approved shade as directed by Engg-in-Charge/GE. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood of Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/Century Ply duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood of Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Cenury Ply irrespective of what is shown on drg. Front and two sides shall be made up of 18mm thick marine ply of Make : Century/ Green Ply/ Archid Ply with both side laminated sheet of Make : Century/ Green Ply/ Archid Ply of approved shade as directed by Engg-in-Charge/GE. The drawers shall be made functional on telescopic Channel of Make: Hettich/Kaff/Godrej fixed inside the drawer .The drawers of the tables shall be provided with decorative stainless steel handles as per sample approved by GE .Rest all as per drg.
