CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTRAL STEEL PARKING SHED NEAR TRAINING CENTRE AND M2 BUILDING, INSIDE ALUMINA PLANT, NALCO DAMANJODI

2.8.1) Earth work in excavation all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

2.25) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

4.1.8) Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm and down size ) at all depths below and above ground level in foundations,footings, non-suspended floors ,roof surface, top of masonry walls including tamping, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed, in any shape,position,thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

4.1.3) Providing and laying plain cement concrete1:2:4 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete up to Plinth Level (CEMENT & FLY ASH WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE/ISSUE POINT INSIDE PLANT.)

5.1.2) Providing and laying cement concrete1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 coarse sand:3stone aggregate 20mm & down size) up to plinth level for all RCC works with maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in roofs, including slope roof, stair case,landing slabs, canopies, chajjas, bands,lintels,beams,lofts,projections,manhole covers,valve chambers, retaining walls, abutments, foundation rafts etc.below ground level as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for consolidation, curing for 3 weeks excluding cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.The rate will be inclusive of finishing and plastering the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts,circular fins or concrete of any shapes etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9.1) Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering in foundation , footings,bases, of column , etc up to plinth level including curved, hexagonal and such other shaped shuttering for following as directed including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. complete for all depths and heights.

5.22.3) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carting the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own 16 SWG soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storagepointetc.allcomplete. 6.32.2) Providing & laying of Fly Ash Brick masonry in foundation & super structure in any shape including curing, all complete in Cement mortar (1:6) (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM INSIDE PLANT NALCO'S STORE.)

10.16.1) Providing, fabricating, erecting for using general structural steel sections like hot finished welded tubes, M.S Beam, channel, angle, plate, round bars, flats etc. in position and testing/examining bolted and/or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS at all levels and locations, including all type of sections , builtup sections / compound sections and/ or plates/bent plates (including supplying, fabricating, fixing and keeping in position at all levels and locations THREADED ANCHOR BOLTS of all diameters and nomenclature, including nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc. in foundations. Columns etc ) in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, portals, racks, portals, bracings, platform, staircases ( excluding chequard plates and gratings) , ladders, stoppers, side runners, sag rods, hand rails etc including transporting to site , storing, cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, bolting/ welding of joints, ( including sealing the joints of box sections with continuous welding, finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging and bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with free flow non-Shrink Grout including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawing, preparing the surface for painting and applying one coat of shop primer complete as specified and directed by trhe E.I.C. ( ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE AGENCY AT THEIR OWN COST. )
