Dismantling of unserviceable steel tubular pole swaged pole/PCC pole including PCC complete with acessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-31, 9mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (a) Excavation and Earth Work, PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Cleaning the existing exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9.0 mtr long including cross arms, brackets, clamps etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Aluminium shade) marking five black & white bands at lower portion of pole, each 300 mm wide alternately and marking pole No. with yellow paint on black base at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repair of outdoor type,weather proof, LT Panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm equal angle,embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 bocks of size 15x15x20 cm , front and back openable,double door openable up to minimum 150 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels.complete ,suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments :-

Labour only for re-stretching properly sagged/loose ACSR conductor of any size fixed on LT poles by means of machine method to the permissible limit at different location including tightening of cross arms or D clamps and binding with new binding wire, tightening of jumpers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Each line of conductor shall be measured.(ii) Rate including unwinding of old winding wire and rewind with new binding wire after restretching)

S&F in replacement Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height & 90 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of size 31 x 3 mm and bolt of size 12 mm dia, washers and nuts of 75 mm height & 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 1100 V grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Lopping/prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the HT/LT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from farthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches & cleaning of site comple all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- (a) The trees branches etc will be left as it is & will not be carried away by the contractor/DEL as the wood belongs to CEO/DEO & they will be responsiblr to lift the wood. (b) Pruning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c ) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the Job with in time as directed. (d) Contractor will be responsible for any type mis-happening/accident while pruning the trees. (e) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work & clear it before resuming power supply. However, full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools & safety to his staff for purning of trees.

M&L for road cuttig existing road for crossing of underground electric cable for laying of any size GI tubing including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing with pre mix bituminious carpet complete all as specefied and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Width of trench shall be 15 cm and depth shall be upto 30 cm.
