M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm, buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI strip 25x4 mm protected with GI medium grade pipe 15mm dia for earth electrode upto test point or upto 7.5 mtr whichever is less by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all shown in electrical plate No 3 (of SSR part-I) connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including provision of necessary excavation and earth work of any type of soil, PCC pit , RCC cover, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100cm c/c both way , 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, water funnel, 40mm bore GI medium grade protection pipe, comman salt, charcoal dust, returning filling, in of soil, removal of soil to a distance of not exceeding of 50 mtr etc, including testing on completion complete.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick using soil complete all as directed.
Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.
Supply and spreading of natural, clean, dry, river sand in trenches for cable protection / transformer yard/ two pole structure yard complete all as directed. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment purpose.
M&L for brick protection with common burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection complete all as directed.
(i) Flywheel with housing (ii) Cooling System : Mounted radiator with fan and belts (iii) Cooling Water Pump : Centrifugal type belt driven (iv) Exhaust System : As per OEM reccommendation/specification.(Exhaust system high should be building hight + 03 mtr) duly wrapped with aluminium cladding for MS Exhaust Pipe (v) Starting System :- Electric Self Starter with maintenance free batteries including battery charging alternative belt driven. (vi) Batteries :- 24 Volts DC electrical batteries of suitable AH rating, complete connected with copper cable PVC sheathed conductor multistranded leads of suitbale length from self starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolite all as specified and directed. (vii) Fuel tank of adequate capacity :- As per OEM norms and specifications designed in built tank for above capacity of DG Set. AMF Panel : Auto Main Failure (AMF) Panel made out 14/16 Gauge CRCA sheet weather proof powder coated conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC 50 HZ having aluminium bus bar of capacity required to carry current at 100% load of 160 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded pre-wired with copper flexible cable, all as specified with the following accessories, control cable from Gen Set to AMF Panel.
Contactor of Suitable capacity 3 pole with required nos as per OEM, TP contactor for netural for both supplies Suitable capacity of MCCB, 4 Pole for both supplies CTs 150/5A for both the supplies Push buttons Indication Lamps 2 over load + earth leakage relay Multi functional digital meter for KWH, KVA, KW, Amps, Volts, frequency, power factor etc. SMPS Battery charge 24 V, with trickle and boost charging. ON/OFF Switch. Automatic/Manual Switch. Hooter. Voltage sensing relay. Six window anunciator for fault indications. Acoustic Enclosure : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions, with the following features :-
(i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absoption. sound ratio less than 7Db Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyster powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. xiv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (xvi) Provn of 2 Nos 11 Watts LED lamp fitting of approved Make incl wiring inside canopy with single switch controlled. (xvii) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (xviii) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. Making of foundation for placement of DG Set as per site requirement and including provision of anti-vibration pads are deemed to be included in duoted rate.
