M&L for Cleaning of Static Water Tank 50,000 Gallon capacity of any description, dewatering & cleaning inside of the SWT by removing all despositions/fungus , other micro organism , sediment loose dirt/mud sludge, Vegetation , other foreign materials etc and also removing loose/unsound concrete/plaster including taking out and removing all disposal waste / spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and Brushing with nylon brush on walls & bottom surfaces , washing the cleaned surfaces with water and washing repeatedly using Rebekiense solution and cleaning with water & cleaning of external surafce with water, including two coats of white wash on internal surfaces and exposed external surface & clearance of any vegetation growth atlest 2 mt around the swt to the satisfaction of Engieer-in-charge, and replacement of inlet, ISI Marked, gun metal globe /gate valve of size 50 mm bore and 40/25 mm bore and painting of cleaning date and next due cleaning date of Each static water tank,Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing inr eplecement of air termination aluminium rod of 30cm long on RCC OH tank (70 feet staging) air tarmination rod 30 c.m long with socket reducer gutka and GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade, 1.5 mtr long including PCC block for grouting of pipe, connect with aluminium earth strip of size 25x3mm and fix with clamp & nuts bolts on over head tank from top to bottam tank serface erthing strip connect to exasing earthing, NOTE - aluminium earth continuity conductor shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Sch 'A'/BOQ as supply only. Fixing charges for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate under this item.

Supply only aluminium strip of size 25 x3 mm for lightening protection of OH tank as dirceted.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level) connected to GI strip 25mmx4mm means earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts,nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of MES schedule part -I ,earth lead connected to earth test point and to main switch board etc with and including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all arround earth plate PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using20mm graded stone aggregate 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm TMT bars 03 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed . Note:- The cost of earth lead including 7.5 mtr and protection pipe of bore 40mm bore GI pipe light grade only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item.

M&L for replacement of water lavel indicator/ level guage of over head tank at a stage not exc. 25 meter height of any capacity including copper float valve of size 200mm dia teid together with flexible steel wire rope of suitable length & dia and metallic level scale and painting black letters on white backgroun, proper calibration of level scale with suitable size pullies at required locations complete all as specified and directed. The level guage should be installed at a height 1 meter above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of diesel by pump set/Manual to Empty Metal tanker Partitioned 4x1500ltr & Cleaning/ Flushing of BPI Tanks of any description cleaning inside of the BPI tanks by removing all depositions/fungus other micro organism, sediment loose dirt/mud sludge, , other foreign materials etc and also removing loose/unsound including taking out and removing all disposal waste / spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and Brushing with nylon/wire brush on walls & bottom surfaces , washing the surfaces with clean diesel and washing repeatedly and clean with diesel & cleaning of external surafce with diesel ,after cleaning Re-fuelling Diesel by pump/manual, including two coats of painting,& painting of Fuel pipe line,as per relevant standards. inspection covers and vents pipe with Red paint,change of gasket at all valve joints, calibration of Dip stick, and flow meter,Replacement/ Modification of Re- fuelling hose and coupling complete with fuel tanker. all as directed

Developement of existing bore well of any depth and in any position, of 150/200mm bore, with using suitable air compressor (having minimum 5.5 Kg /cm 2 pressure) to augment the yield to desire requirment of the bore well complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All necessary T&P and equipments required for flushing out / development of bore wells set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Lifting out of submersible pump set, column pipes and cable before flushing out and lowering down of submersible pump set carefully without damaging existing pump set, column pipe and shall be refixed back after develpement of borewell.

Disconnecting the existing submersible pump set from supply line , dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity and in any position, alongwith existing column pipe 80/50mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well (approximately 50 mtr depth of pump set from GL) complete and lowering after repair with all accessories including testing all as specified and directed. NOTE (i) : Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing motor/pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. (ii) All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

M&L for earthing pit, precasted PCC (1:3:6) type C1-20 mm stone aggregate and the cover of earthing pit shall be of precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 Using 20mm aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia round bars @75mm C/C both ways with ms handle 12mm dia with suitable handle fused with surface all as specified. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cost of MS sheet of size 300x300x300mm size 40x40x5mm & length 60cm and grouted in the ground with PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm grade stone aggregate of size 200mm x 200mm x 250mm including necessary earth work for marking the result and its purpose of use.
