Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick walls or concrete surfaces of walls and ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles laid flat or on edge in floor and pointing in cement mortar of any discription including mud phuska removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for roof treatment to RCC as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces throughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projection, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15mm thick screed bed or beddind layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100gms per sqm over dried plastered surface . (d) Laying 3mm thick APP membrane (mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: STP, Dr Fixit/Pidilite, Texsa India Ltd/Tikitar Dansona/Bengal Bitumen. Note : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml/bag of cement/as per site(ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water prrofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator or manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work.(iv) The independant testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having facilities for testing of membrant. (v) The guarantee of trewatment shall be minimum 10 years reckoned from datre of completion of whole work.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab (not exc 60cm depth of sunken) as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) applying 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised verticle surface (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet coving of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and verticle surface (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs (g) Cement concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the saintary pipes with the water proofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and saintary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/STP asapproved by GE. Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out by approved authorised applicator as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment and provn of cement work PCC is included in quoted rate for this item.

Supply and fixing in repair 75mm dia cast iron ' floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) taking out old complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for broken bricks bats hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 50 mm thick sub base of cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Jointless) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile (300 x 300mm) exceeding 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured highliter tiles or boder tiles minimum width of tiles 80mm to 100 mm as invertical surface such as skirting, dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with half portion fixed type and half top portion top hung shutter including box type hinges, steel peg stay with glazing bar, fixing lugs in PCC(1 : 2 :4) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing, 4mm thick figured glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tack or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered undecorated surface of ceiling by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any fair face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer on a prepared surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair English type water closet size 365X645X400 mm with 'S'-220mm trap and including soft closing seat cover and flushing cistern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Colour shall be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair chromium plated fancy type toilet paper holder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair chromium plated fancy type health faucet with 1mtr tube & hook complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement chromium plated Angle cock with flange/ stop cock with flange fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union, size 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

S&F in repairs 25mm dia mild steel pipe coated with PVC sheet as in drapery curtain rod with decorative end knobs complete with brackets and fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
