SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (Elevated Sentry Post)

Construction of Elevated Sentry Post with PPG sheet roofing, cement concret flooring all as per specification and drawing No. IGAR(N)/Engr/ 2016/23 sheet No.1/1 including internal & external painting as per drawing and direction of Engr in charge but excluding internal & external electrifications

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

S/F of CFL light fitting, 1x9 W bulk head luminaries, with lamp holders, etc. complete with all accessories and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size of 230V, 50 HZ.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing piano type switch 5 Amp on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 2+4 way single door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, inter connections, powder painted including earthing etc.as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 40 Amp double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole and neutral in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC sheathed aluminium conductor 10 sqm twin core stranded conductor in service connection suspanded by insulating hangers not more than 1.10 mtr apart incl 4 mm suspension wire.

Supply and fixing of street light steel tubular swaged poles 9.00m long complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation and coping.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 2 core incl earth work with trenching, sand cushioning, brick soiling etc in all complete.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core incl earth work with trenching, sand cushioning, brick soiling etc in all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 using stone agg 40mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.
